To say I’m obsessed with Pioneer products is an understatement. I’ve had my lever belt for about 3 years now and I use it religiously and there is not even a stitch out of place. I recently ordered a flag for our home gym too and it’s CANVAS I totally wasn’t expecting that. It’s going to be perfect for our hot and humid Florida weather. There’s so many other things I’m looking forward to getting too. I have some tee shirts on the way and I’m 100% going to get some competition sleeves in the future. I’m sure I’ll be back to review those too. I’ve heard nothing but great things about them too. Thank you Pioneer for keeping that family feel and for producing the best products. Forever a customer!

I purchased a custom dyed leather belt after getting a recommendation from a friend. It has been the best quality belt I've used by a WIDE margin and the customer service was top notch. There was a slight issue that occurred right before its shipment, i was notified and it was resolved within a few hours.

I love Pioneer. I’ve been using my belt for the last two years and I have not been gentle with it. I’ve used pioneer belts for nearly ten years now and have no desire to look anywhere else. My two belts have been across the world, seen many PRs and attempts, been in competitions, and cross trained in powerlifting and strongman all without a single hiccup. I don’t even have a stitch that’s coming apart yet. I don’t see them wearing out ever. When I get another, it’ll simply be because I want another.The PAL lever is an absolute game changer. I’ll never use a normal lever again. The 2” adjustment allows me to use it alone in powerlifting or over a soft belt for strongman. No more adjusting my lever screws.Pioneer has been great to me and they have a customer for life. I’m currently designing a hybrid belt and my next 13mm lever belt. For the price, you can’t beat them at all. For the customization, no other company stands a chance. If you go with pioneer, you will not be disappointed.

Definitely worth every penny not having to wrestle the 1 inch traditional holes. A coworker recommended the PAL and I can say it has been the best experience with effortless set ups. Definitely the perfect belt for a large individual like myself who can vary quite easily day to day, that half inch increment is a game changer

I have used Pioneer products for more than 5 years (mainly their belts). I have two of their custom belts; a white custom belt 7mm, and a black 10mm custom belt. I used the 7mm belt when I first started powerlifting (about 5 years ago). It held up perfectly fine and is still in great condition. I upgraded to the 10mm once I decided to start competing. I’ve had the 10mm belt for about 3 years now and it’s been through the wringer and it is still in outstanding condition.Not only are the belts excellent quality, the people at Pioneer/General Leather Crafting are amazing with customer support, customer interaction, and active on social media. I haven’t had any issue asking questions regarding the customization of my belts or shipping questions.

I have always found Matt and the crew at Pioneer to be excellent partners in my Strongman / powerlifting journey.As a Masters athlete, I am firmly on #TeamKneeSleeves side. In the past I have used Cerberus, but as I attempted heavier and heavier Squats I needed sleeves that provided more support and stiffer feel. When Pioneer puts out sizing guide they mean it. The first ones (3xl)were simply too tight to be usable even on comp day.Support was awesome through the process. The 4xl models have added 35# to my 1rm and more coming.PS - my first belt was PioneerFit, and my second belt ever was the PALv2. I will never buy a belt elsewhere.

Pros: Added customization after the fact and they accommodated me. However, the belt that arrived was not satisfactory. I took a picture and explained why and they got right on remaking it for me. Even made an adjustment that I had requested. The replacement belt arrived MUCH FASTER than the first two I had ordered from them. This told me they prioritized this since it was "warranty work."Con: They offer black buckle and black edging for an added cost, but not black rivets. When I asked for black rivets, I was simply told they didn't offer it. I think much better would've been to recognize that black rivets would go with their other offerings and make an effort to start offering it not only to me, but other, future customers of their black details.Weighing it all together, I still say 5 stars.
