Horrible! Brought my two cats who had been very I'll.no tests were run. She went on assumptions that were based on symptoms after second day home with meds card were still extremely I'll. When I called to question why they had not had tests to determine exactly what was wrong I was told that we " needed to ask for the tests to be run." Excuse me.....I didn't know that I, as a patron, needed to perform as a doctor's assistant as well ...poor customer service and sad emergency animal service. Make sure to "ask" for all YOU THINK your animal needs to get well. AND make sure you have enough in your bank account to cover the outrageous cost involved in bring the doctors assistant......so sad:(

I've taken my 2 dogs & my cat to the clinic & I have had nothing but the best services. You can't beat her prices. The staff if very friendly. I will continue to use this Veterinarian as long as she's in business

I called vet Merry's office today concerned my dog is dying due to toad poisoning. The office lady said too bad we are getting ready to leave and our vet is in the field. I asked her if she could text and ask her to call me asap because I don't know what to do, everyone se is closed. she said she could but they won't call you or do anything to help. Later the vet called and told me never to call again since I told the receptionist it would be her fault is my dog died since she refused to text her vet to help my dog.
