It’s going on two months, maybe longer I have lost track since this store was actually open until closing time. Dollar general spent all that money on a remodel but can’t get the AC fixed? Not only are you steadily losing business, but you are also making employees work in the heat and ON TOP of that, making the community angry because you can’t get your act together and those said community members are griping at your employees who are already working in 86-88 degree heat. Dollar general, is that how you want to do your employees and members of the community you serve? I would say not.

Now that jessica is gone this has got to be the worst place to shop… everyone is so slow and and most of the staff is grouchy. If it wasn’t for the convenient location, I wouldn’t bother.

Store Stays close for some reason. I live next to store and it's the only store near that's walking distance but everyday it's been close 3 going on 4 months only open for 2 days and close store down again I wish y'all had better management

Why are they always closed after 1?! Been going on over a week or so UPDATE TO August since my last post since they remolded and under new management I can’t stand the new employees they have now! Their sense of urgency and work ethic is horrible I shouldn’t have to wait and yell for someone to come to the register and on top of that not even respond saying I’m on my way or nothing. SMH. THEY REALLY DONT CARE THE Manger is ok the the staff that they have temporarily is something else it’s always something with them. And no name tags or anything to even identify they work there.

This store has come so far. The people who represent this store are so nice and they work very hard to keep things organized. I honestly don't know how they do it. There are so many things coming in constantly but they do very well keeping up, keeping the store clean, and tending to customers. My favorite dollar general, thanks to the customer service.

One of their better kept stores and I usually have a quick friendly experience, but as with all family Dollar and dollar general stores, they seem to be understaffed all the time and plagued with technical issues dash dash neither of which are ever the employees fault, and luckily people in my town don't seem to take it out on them. So sometimes the waits are a but longer but the small town steel and familiar faces get my business at least every other day

This morning on Nov 8th 2022I came to this Store. At 8:30. Am. There was 4 people ahead of me waiting to pay. We waited for more than 5 minutes. I said “ Oh No I gotta get out of here. Gonna be late to go to work. I started walking toward the door to leave. When I was about to walk out .The cashier said “ Who cares “.Oh my gosh. I opened the door and told him “Excuse me “ and he said it again.I asked for his name he said Stephen or Steven. I told him him I was going to report him to the Home Office. And he said “ Go ahead “I assume he need to be Fired. He has no right to talk to customers that way.Maybe what I should of done is Escalated myself , and see who would of won. 😤

It took a good long while to finally get someone to start checking out the customers (8 people in line). Other than that, things were fine. This location is cleaner than a lot of DGs I've been to.

Came in from out of town and needed to stop somewhere for a few things I forgot. I was so fortunate to run into Tayler. She was so very helpful and had the best attitude. She even told me about local spots and events that we may want to check out. I was highly impressed with her.

It smells like there is a litter of cats living in the store. The odor is horrible. They are NEVER organized and have stuff thrown all over the place every time I go there. Cashiers are incredibly rude and obviously hate their jobs. Needs a DEEP clean.

The store is looking better. Well it was. It is a mess!!!!!! Lots of shelves are not stocked the store looks dirty!!!!!! The manager is trying, but I am not sure his employees are really giving it their all to help him!!!!!! Sometime I feel like the employees are just there to get a pay check and don't really care!!!!!

The store was very dirty and stuff was everywhere in the walk paths. The clerk was a guy and he was kinda rude. It seemed as though it was an imposition for us to be disturbing him to check us out.His receipt machine was out of paper, so he said I'd have to do without a receipt this time.Next time I'll wait till I get to Shepard or Huntsville, I won't stop in Coldspring again.

You can't get down the aisle s for the clutter. The same products has been sitting in the same aisles for 3 or 4 days that I know of. And it's like that Everytime you go in there.

Between DG & FD I prefer FD since it's always stocked, clean, & organized...quick in & out. But if you have the time to sift through what should be shelved items at cheaper prices, DG is your place. It's like an indoor flea market! The items that actually make it onto shelves are placed there my Ray Charles. Other items are strewn about the store by Hellen Keller. Cheap prices but good luck on a quick in & out visit.

They have been slower than other stores at getting things in the shelves and keeping their style clean. But I've seen improvement in the past couple of months. They seem to be working hard at getting things in order.

For a Dollar store, this one has a wide selection!! We were looking for a certain medication cream, yep, they had it!! Groceries, housewares, sewing, clothing, pet, beer and wine, they have a little of everything!

I do a lot of shopping at this Dollar General and very employees are always very kind and helpful no. I like I said I shop here a lot stop here at least two to three times a week a week
