We live in big spring and drive to coahoma to eat Dairy Queen because they have the best everything, customer service is 💯 every time. It's fast service no rudeness, very friendly and helpful. Food tastes as it should no long waits and they always have ice cream. The young lady at the window was so sweet and just so friendly I loved that she went to school had a long day and still was talkative friendly and sweet. Idk her name but her parents raised her so well!!!

Used to enjoy stopping by here. Evidently the new generation of customer service is in place. Pulled in to order a chocolate milk shake, young girl handed it to me, it tasted like a vanilla. I asked her if it was chocolate, she stated yes and that they only put 1 pump of chocolate in it. I asked her if she could put more, she stated no. Well okay, guess I won't be stopping by anymore.

Stop by for a lunch break as I haven’t had anything all day.. patiently wait for 15 minutes while I see at-least 6 other orders go out who were not there before me. Not to mention EVERY single employee on their phone and not attentive to the customers nor orders being processed. I got to sit and enjoy watching them eat French fries in front of me though! Will definitely NEVER RETURN HERE OR SUGGEST ANYONE TO COME HERE. Would love someone from corporate to reply or the chain owner. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED

Usually this place is good and reliable but this evening I drove through and ordered the fish sandwich and when I got home and opened the sandwich there was one tiny fish “stick” in between the buns. I called and told them and brought it back. I waited at the window for 10 more minutes for someone to help me and then had to pull forward and wait another 10 mins for them to bring me back my original sandwich with one more fish stick added to the original cold sandwich. Nothing for my trouble. And I paid $10 for this ridiculousness.

Love their cones! The burgers , not so much. Dry and dull. Used to like steak finger basket, but wasn't very good this time. Remember when they used to turn the blizzard upside down before they handed it to you? Not this time. Good thing to cause it was kinda melted. Food seems kinda pricey as well. Hunger Buster with no cheese, steakfinger basket and 2 medium blizzards. No drinks, no combos and no cheese on the burger and it was over $27. Think I will just use this spot for ice cream going forward.

We stopped for a family lunch on the road. I placed our order including mini blizzards and found the cost beyond our expected budget so I cancelled the ice cream. We waited and got our burgers which were hot and fresh with all the fixings. As we walked to the car with our order the kind gentleman came up to our family with free ice cream sandwiches. Thank you so very much for your kindness. It was very much appreciated.

Wonderful freshly made hot burgers and fries. Polite and friendly counter help. Chicken strip basket contained hot real chicken strips, not too salty fries, Texas toast, and white gravy that met all my expectations.

We went for ice cream and we got one of those ppl that ask "what else " everytime I stopped talking 🙄 this place used to be very good but the last times I have been here it's getting like the big spring location (thats not a good thing ).... I drive from big spring to coahoma bc the food and service USED to be the best but I'll just have to wait till the next time I'm in midland to get dairy queen

Awful service. Rude manager. Called to make a complaint that the ice cream was melted and the manager (of 12 years) cut me off 2 times to try and tell me why, then hung up on me when I said I wanted a corporate number, owner, even an 800 number.. anything but her and her attempts to explain, rather than apologize. Of course I called back to demand a refund since she wasn't willing to take a complaint, or give me the info, and she just kept arguing that she needed to tell me why the all ice cream was melted. I yelled and she hung up again. She then refused to take the food back, but did issue a refund. I'll never go back. She was so unpleasant and unprofessional.

My friend and I on the last stretch of our road trip home, found ourselves hungry, famished— even starving some might say. In just the nick of time (and the middle of nowhere), we found this DQ.It all started with a water tap. A customer in front of us told the guy taking orders that it kept running, the worker said “hit it” when the customer hit it with no resolution the worker said again “harder” and that time it did indeed work. Obviously facilities needs some work if that’s the case BUT the guy working was hilarious in his demeanor as he delivered instructions on the water tap and of course this situation was just laughable at minimum.The gal that rang us up too was hilarious. As my good old pal and I were trying to make decisions on the menu, this worker could tell we weren’t from “these parts” so she asks simply “are you guys from texas?” Our response being “no” she just said “cool” without caring about where we were from but making it clear we are outsiders (we didn’t care, it was true😂😂)I really could go on about the different interactions we had that were incredibly funny.The way the team interacts with one other on their shift was hilarious. Like we considered our meal dinner and a show, we really couldn’t tell if it was the cook in the kitchen singing “from the windooooow to the wall” or these really REALLY funny characters working together.All jokes aside, the orders were correct, food was good and the team took care of us. My ONLY critique is what gargantuan giant is peeing in the urinal that sits that high in the mens bathroom? My short lil self could’ve washed my hands in it when its as high as the sink

The fries were cold and the large cup was full of ice. The lettuce was wilty. I expect quality food for 10 bucks a meal. But nope not here. Try the stripes across the street. That’s what I should have done.

The employees at this location try their best, but mistakes are quite common place here. The food is ok, although not the best. This is a good place for a quick meal, but could make improvements for sure.

The service here is always great, even during the shutdown. I always order mayo for my fries and today they not only recognized me by that request, she suggested that I try Jaliitos Ranch instead. I gladly paid extra and ordered two!

Really nice people but they act like they're paying for the meat on the nachos. A year ago it was great but now 3 times in a row my nachos had no meat on it. Took 2 orders back and they were in amazement they had no meat. You get more out of a $1.00 burger down the road.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised because when I entered the restaurant , it was very nice and modern on the inside. Unlike other Dairy Queens that are old and falling apart. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely visit this restaurant again.

Seems like 3/4 of the staff are minors. -which is fine... But at least get my order right. Paid for 2 blizzards, but wanted it in the xlarge cup. Ended up getting a medium and a small, and it took 25 minutes just to get THAT.

The Coahoma DQ is much better than the Big Spring. Its worth the extra drive. Their store is cleaner and ALOT less crowded! Food comes out very fast and it is just overall better. I highly reccomend this place specifically. And if you don't agree with this review go to Mc Donalds and get your trash nuggets. This is meant as a joke, don't over-react.
