Their staff was so sincere and helpful! True Value personnel really care about their customers. True Value didn’t actually carry the product I needed for my project; but, True Value direct me to where I might be able to find a “difficult-to-find” product.Can you believe it!!!They have won a lifetime customer in me. I will be sure to advertise to everyone of my neighbors, friends, relatives, AND since I’m a vet, to all veterans that: “If you want to save time and be on the receiving end of REAL service...Go To TRUE Value FIRST!”

Today I went to get some Miracle Gro Graden Soil, the man at the desk said you want potting Soil! I said NO!! I AM WANTING GARDEN SOIL! So he said ok you want the stuff with no fertilizer! WELL NO garden soil has fertilizer, it just doesn't have the Styrofoam in it!!! So I paid almost 23 dollars for 2/2 cubic foot bags of soil!! When I showed him it has fertilizer! He dismissed me like I was stupid!!! I will never go back!!! Not the way to treat customers.
