The only problem I have with this store is they are never open at the time they are suppose to be, its 8:30 am and it's says online they open at 8am I am sitting in the parking lot just waiting to get medicine for me and my family this is ridiculous.

Only one employee was working at the time. Doing a great job, but was very limited with helping customers (not the employees fault). Dollar General management should have at least two people on staff/store floor to help with customers and general safety for the people working.

This place is packed with good merchandise. My only complaint is big carts parked in paths for shelf restocking. Restocking should be done before or after store hours.

I just happened to be working in Clyde today, and popped in to get a couple of things. Just like most Dollar Generals there's merchandise laying in the floor. Trip and fall hazards. Carts full of merchandise in the way.

Best Dollar General in the whole wide world.Except that some of the employees don't seem to have ownership to the tasks they are doing. I am not one to belittle the working woman but damn let's see a little bit of a standard of class and appreciation for even having a job.

Amazing customer service! I'm always greeted as I walk in and all staff members are always going above and beyond to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that WOWS me everytime! I also have a son that is autistic and he has never been able to be out in public without getting overwhelmed,, but when I let him know we are going to the Dollar General on Clyde he is in the car and ready to go before anyone! Thanks for providing my family with comfort especially when it comes to my son. Our first visit he was having a panic attack and running trying to get us to leave and the lady stocking was so kind and nonjudgmental as she spoke to my son asking how he was enjoying his spring break amd went on telling him about her grandchildren and how they were excited to be out of school! We are not use to positive reactions when he is overwhelmed and panicking so I was prepared for the negative, annoyed, staring stranger and was definitely relieved when she smiled and actually put herself in my shoes! we need more compassionate people like this everywhere to know that sometimes a few words a hello and even a smile can really help someone in so many different ways!

Would not give me my coupon discount because they didn't now how to do it and no one would help them know how to do it 🙄. Like why even have labels out if you're aren't going to go by them?

I go to Dollar General all the time sometimes they have baby clothes in there that I buy for my great grandbaby they're only $5 I have a sale all the time on clothes and the store is very clean and very nice lady in there working and some of the food you know are cheaper in there

I like the Dollar General in Clyde Tx Because The Employees are Friendly and helpful, there are always something new to find to buy ,even though there's not a whole lot of room because the building is small ,the employees are always working on a place in the store to stock more items so us folks in Clyde Can save Money and have better varieties. I shop here for specific items that I've found are always stocked and less expensive then United (ie. beef jerkey, vitamins, etc.), or sometimes even Walmart. I get in and out quickly, already know to expect stocking issues in advance and the employees are super nice.

Service is slow and their stock is always in the way. I really think that they need more help but if you can overlook that then go for it , they have a variety of fresh food like fruit and salads good prices

Terrible experience, can’t even get down the isles carts smashed up with filled goods on the isles we actually need. I witnessed and elderly lady in a walker trying to squeeze through some of there humongous carts trying to get her items she needs.

Stood at the counter for 10+ minutes while alot of workers were there but nobody was attending to the cash register they were all stocking shelves and saw me waiting but continued to stock the shelves without as so much saying a word to me. I went during my lunch break I cant say I'll be making that mistake again

I have not ever been in a store with an employee is more rude than today....when a customer asks you where something is your supposed to help them not tell them to look for the sign....and when price checking she Huff's like you are killing her
