Great place to shop and convenient! Keeps me from having to go to Lowes for plumbing, electrical, and general stuff for maintenance around the house. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

This place is awesome, they have an amazing selection, higher quality stuff than the big home improvement stores and better prices... And on top of it all they're very friendly folks! Last trip I had to splurge a little on a real branded Crescent wrench and real Channelocks....I honestly didn't know those companies still existed lol! Back to the store, they've saved me many trips into Abilene when I've been in town working on a family member's house.... Last trip was to replace several shower valves that were leaking badly. I took most of what I needed, but this store saved me having a few specialized plumbing tools that broke while half way through the project. Great place, I am a loyal customer when near!

It's so awesome to always be greeted by a smiling face, ready to offer help! Today we stopped by needing a replacement screw for my daughter's clarinet. It was a long shot, but the sweetest woman helped & found a perfect fit! We are so grateful!

Great business, excellent customer service, always helpful & friendly! We moved to Clyde late last fall and began a major remodel project. We had constant errands for last minute supplies. Everyone is extremely helpful and having them local is a blessing.

Super friendly staff always ready to help you find what you need. They also have a really good variety in stock. From the outside this building looks small and you wouldn’t think that they carry as much as they do but they have really organized it well to make a true hardware store. It has kind of an old time feeling and even carries canning supplies.

Always an excellent experience when i go to Big Country Hardware. Gentleman wasn't sure about the difference between two products, so he went to the computer and researched it. That way he could inform what the differences were. For that kind of customer service is why I'm a repeat customer.
