Terrible customer service. Two employees were talking with each other about personal matters, the other four employees I came close to, didn't even bother to acknowledge my presence and one was on his phone texting. No one helped me find the one product I needed.Products are misplaced on shelves with different prices ringing up at checkout.Don't expect a hello when you arrive or a thank you when you leave.

Customer service is good . When you can get it. This store is short staffed and especially on the weekend . expect to spend some time for one item or two. They know what they are doing very knowledgeable. But again count on no less than an hour or least 30 mins .

After 30 years of working for Wholesale Lumber, I still enjoy helping customers. Concerning the store's physical appearance, it now looks a lot better. I just hope that all the employees do their part working together and do better service for customer service.I'm glad that everyone, as Wholesale Lumber employees, are improving customer service. Although there is always something we can improve on, I believe that today we have the staff that will provide the best service and customers will be satisfied.

I have been able to complete my current home improvement projects by shopping at Wholesale Lumber of Clint though every project seems to lead to a new one and I will never be done! The product selection there is impressive. The employees there are helpful and friendly. The store manager especially is quite knowledgeable and willing to help in any way.

They're remodeling so things are not all there. The people who work there or own the place are pretty rude. We were at the checkout and took about 20 minutes just so they'd tell us they couldn't find a price on item that took forever to find.

I've not even been to your store yet but I can already tell that your customer service and business practices must be on point given that you have taken the time to respond to your reviews(good and bad) in such a courteous manner and have encouraged customer suggestions and feedback in an effort to improve your customers overall experiences while shopping with you and also with pricing expectations. These days not many people/businesses are able to gracefully accept and even welcome constructive criticism and use it to improve themselves. Went in last week walked in aske one of the guys where the cement screws were he showed us and went back to work. Went to the register new guy at register. Big guy.took care of business the way it should be. A good experience. Thanks Joe.

Place is under remodeling and half the shelves are empty. General manager (not the owner) had no idea where anything is. Should improve after remodeling.
