Dollar general is forcing everyone to self checkout.The other register had an out of service Placard on it.We stopped shopping at Walmart on Alameda for the same reason.Prefer Dollar General in Horizon.Employees refused service to customers while expecting a elderly man to self check his items.Need to understand that assistance should be provided when customers don't know the process of self checkout.

I have never had issues coming to this store in almost a decade, it’s always stocked and I love that they added the self-check out option!

I love coming to this Dollar General since it opened in the early 2000s. I find it fun to shop here. I have always been treated well and this store offers a great variety of your every day needs. From clothes, toys, food, cleaning, and health supplies. I especially enjoy their seasonal items from Garden, Halloween, and Christmas. I hope Dollar General will always remain consistent.

Stuff is getting to expensive, while yes I was able to get what I need, it cost me over $100, and when I got home I was able to put it all away within 2 to 3 minutes

Went in to reload a prepaid card. They looked at me like I was crazy. When I explained how, the lady was rude. I asked how they can offer a service that they are unfamiliar with. The same lady responded saying it's not their responsibility.In any job I've had, knowing my job was, in fact, my responsibility.Went to a family Dollar near there, for the same request and it was done in under 2 minutes.

DG offers coupons and they don't even honor it if it's a website or system error ..bad customer service and this is twice it has happened and all they say is we apologize... why offer and not honor

Put in a mandatory mask order for inside the store, Even though the governor's executive order stated you are required one. Not to mention the medical evidence about the effectiveness of face masks is little to none.
