Fred (team lead) and Livy sent us 50 miles refused to refund Victor food at the recall. The corporate store said the food was not to be returned but refunded. They sent us away refusing to do so. We had to drive an extra 50 miles to replace the contaminated food. I can’t stand people who don’t stand by their policies! So rude! We have a neighborhood account. We are in that store every 2 days feeding our HUGE pack of rescue dogs. All the other stores told me they would follow the policy. Horrible store.

Although they don't always have what I'm looking for in stock, this is my favorite Tractor supply. It is always clean & the sales people are always so helpful. They actually offer to help, which is unlike alot of stores. Logan was especially helpful today & most times when I go in he's usually there. He helps me with the 44 pound bag of cat food, even loads it into my van, which I appreciate so much!! Thank you Logan!!

I drove 20 miles to get one of my propane bottles filled. Went in the store to let them know I was outside, she told me there wasn't a employee there today to fill my bottle. You have a sign advertising to fill propane bottles ? So, I went up to True Value, they jumped on it. Tractor Supply in Clifton just lost some business..... Thank you True Value !!!

Put a generator on hold and was assured they would have it for us. Told them we were on our way from out of town. Drove from out of town. Sold it since we didn’t pay for it. I would have gladly paid over the phone. Long gone are the days of a good handshake and a man’s good word. So sad -wasted gas, wasted time, wasted integrity.

Easy to find things, and if you need help the older gentleman is very efficient and polite. (Wish I remembered his name.) We will definately be stopping by again. Great customer service by the gentleman, girls were to busy on a smoke break....

This TSC is by far the best I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few! The people are mostly friendly, just one cashier that seems to have an attitude. All of the others, including the manager are very friendly and helpful!

Went looking for dirt. Time to start planting bulbs and seeds for starters. Found what I wanted here and went home with 10 bags of dirt. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable about store products and pricing resulting in a hassle free, quick trip for me.

The TAC had always had exceptional service when I needed it the most. Being a tyro with country life style, the TSC people seem to help with all the tough country living questions. Manager went out of his way to help find filters. They always have someone to help answer questions

I had a challenging transaction in which the online order was messed up but I needed to pick up the product that day, since it was the only day I had a trailer. Gina and Yolanda found the product at the store and figured out how to complete the transaction. They are rock stars!! To heck with the big-city Tractor Supplies near me in Dallas, I'm driving to Clifton for stellar, old-fashioned service!!
