Brought our two small fussy dogs in for over due nail trimming. Very pleased with the service. The groomer was fantastic. I will return and I do recommend for nail trims. While I was waiting for my dogs I had the opportunity to observe another large dog meticulously being groomed after a bath & fur dried. The groomer was gentle and patient. *****

We love the Poochie Palace! Rhonda and her team are wonderful with our Chihuahua Rio. He is a very protective little four pound boy who does not trust many. They are so good with him and patient when we board him. Josh and I live in North Fort Worth and we drive the extra 80 miles out of the way to take him to stay when we travel.

We took our 2 pugs, Sophie and Ellie to have their nails cut and general bathing. Sophie argues with me on cutting her nails but Ellie fights me like a wild bob cat so I never can get them short enough. Pooches place did a great job and they got them shorter than the tech at the vet office. Looks very nice and their coat is so soft. Thanks for taking care of my babies.

If they got this wrong, l apologize, l don't know how to work this very well!! This was our first time here, but the staff was great with my mother's and my baby!! They go that extra step to make sure all the babies (pets) are well cared for, happy, and most of all loved!! They did an excellent job bathing and cutting and trimming!! We will most definitely be coming back again!! A big thank you for everyone involved!! We will see you next time and Pattie Cakes and Ginger say thank you too!! They looked great guys!!

I love this groomer. They accept larger breeds and for me having a great Pyrenees mix its hard to find a local groomer to take her. I love the staff and the environment they always treat her well and are kind. She likes going there and I do too.

She was amazing I have senior baby with a tumor. Miss Dottie Loved her spa day. Nails clipped ears cleaned dipped and clipped. Yall are Angel's thanks so much A+++++++ WILL BE BACK.

We were at the lake for the weekend, and had a situation with our grandson's dog. Rhonda helped us by kenneling the dog, Apollo, over the weekend. We were very pleased with how she treated him, and she was fantastic at meeting us for drop off and pickup. I don't know if she really knows how much MAJOR stress she relieved for us, and how instrumental she was in helping save the weekend. Thank you Rhonda!!

I am VERY particular about who provides any kind of care for my 2 yr old fur baby Pit mix Bella! We took her here for grooming and felt so welcome and at home that we'll never take our baby anywhere else! Even Bella wagged her tail as she looked around and saw the "shop cats" just hanging out on their perches napping the afternoon away. Very kind people/family and kind, compassionate, loving care! They are the first place that has NOT made my baby girl bleed when clipping her nails. We love them!

Prices are awesome, Rhonda is awesome and our dog loves her. Coming from Fort Worth I was worried I would never find anyone good without a long drive and after some other place in Clifton I was thinking I was right .. thank God Poochie Palace proved me wrong.

I feel bad posting my review as they were polite but my dog was badly cut on both her ears. Her ear was literally saturated with blood, and reopened up after getting home, with blood on our floor.
