Once again I'm sharing my experience at this location and it's not good. I was ready to checkout and so of course had to hunt down another employee and this one was ticked off and acted like I was bothering him. He had the nerve to tell me I will teach how to self checkout. Well he gave me a go to hell look and said next time you come. In you will know what to do instead of dealing with my cranky attitude. I looked at him and said it's your damn job and next time I will do exactly like before come and find you and piss you off again to make you actually earn your damn paycheck.. cause I am not doing the self checkout thing. Something needs to happen with these rude employees at this location. There are a line of people who need a job that will work instead standing around complaining to other employees about the customers when everyone can hear. I am fed up with this location may never go back to this one til something is done to fix the issue.

Employees are friendly, store carries a little of everything at a much better price than the grocery store. They just need more people working at this and just about every Dollar General I've been to. There are always large carts blocking the aisles, full of stock waiting to be shelved, and not enough people to get it done.

Yes they have what I need but the place is so cramped and packed with stuff that you can't really use a basket!! ... Yes most of the staff is friendly!! .. The manager does need a better attitude, especially working with the public!! .. I like the Laguna Park store because it's very nice and clean!! .. Although with the manager change, the employees that we've seen since opening have been fired and now too many empty holes on the shelves!! .. that's upsetting!! .. come on Dollar general get it together and make it better for us!! ... We need you and you definitely need us to stay in business!! ...

This small town would be left with very few options if not for a store like Dollar General. I'll be the first to admit that at times it's difficult to move around because there are so many boxes of shelf stock in the isles... BUT, the convenience of the store far outweighs any crowded isle issue. Overall a great addition to our small town community. Quick in and out for everything from a pack of cigarettes to a loaf of bread... and a Red Box conveniently placed by the door too! 👍

They usually always have what i need. But theres a few things I don't like. They always have obstructions, so its a bit of a pita to navigate around. And they could be a little better about having someone up front ready to check on you so you don't have to wait.

This place has a little bit of everything available. There are refrigeration units with eggs, milk, breakfast items, complete meals. There is a limited beer selection both cold and room temperature, and there are house hold items like plates, silverware, glasses. There are cleaning products for auto and home. The rows were slightly cluttered with restocking stocking carts, and there should be more than one checkout clerk during busy times.

I went in for one thing and had to stand in line for 30 minutes. It was ridiculous. At times there is only one person working and that is very dangerous. The manager is very rude. The store stinks sometimes. I worked at a dollar general before and our store was never this bad. I hate having to go in there but it's the only store in this town.

Kudos to amy. I had coupons that weren't scanning, but were valid. She didnt make a fuss about it or seem annoyed like most cashiers. She helped me out and made it right. Also this store is the cleanest, most well stocked dollar general ive ever shopped at. I will be driving 20 mins and passing 2 other dollar generals to shop at this store.

Young man named Jess ? Black rimmed glasses. He was very helpful and courteous in finding what we needed. Much nicer than other Dollar General stores I've visited.

Cashier had their mask under their nose! Nice person but was not respecting customers by wearing their mask incorrectly. The store was crowded( in the middle of stocking).

A good percent of the employees have general knowledge of the locations of items in the store so you don't have to walk down every aisle to find what you need just ask a helpful employee

I love Dollar General. Any store that does not cost me a Benjamin just to walk in the door gets stars in my book. Hell, I would shop here even if it was Dollar Private!

They do their best to keep the store clean and in order and can usually what's needed at the time ! Actually enjoy using this store

Always has items in the isles so you can't push your buggy through. Frustrating to shop at because it's always dirty and the isles look like a tornadoe went through it.

All the ice cream in the freezer was melted. Vary disappointed! please tell the smokin hot manager not to stock the ice cream

Always friendly staff...only issue with this location is since the re-model the quality and quantity of items stocked has fallen...unfortunate but not a deal breaker I guess

I love the Dollar Store in Clifton! All the help there are very friendly and if you can't find something they will find it for you!

The store is good on prices but way over crowded with merchandise. Looks like a fire hazard to me.

Store is always disorganized, merchandise on the floor, shelves are packed and it is hard to get a cart down the isle without running over something or running into something.

The place has what I need, but has always been a safety concern when shopping. Product stacked high in boxes and aisles are constantly cluttered.
