Awesome service at CVC. I was running late because of road construction to make it there before they closed to pick up my dog' s medicine. Reagan said I could pay over the phone and pick it up out of their mailbox thing outside which would have been great had my debit card worked. God bless her she stayed after hours so I could come and pay cash.

I took my dog there for help. They told me to drop her off. Then a woman that was not Dr Franklin said to giver her pills and she died right after taking those strong pills. We went to talk to her and she was nothing but mean and yelling to us. She showed no care or compassion. Evil kaki nicotre

Great locally owned practice. Dr. Kaki is knowledgeable and helpful. We started coming here when we could no longer afford another vet in the area. Staff is friendly and caring.

We had a very bad experience with the VET. One of our dogs got into a fight with other dogs and was bleeding out. We arrived and couldn't get them to let us in to help our pet, who was lying in the car ding. He bleed out and then passed away while they were at lunch. So, in closing, if you have an emergency, do not doing you be loved pet to these people. The owner called and was very upset with the staff over the phone. The vet called back asking for an apology and showed no sympathy for the loss of the pet. Just keep this in mind when choosing them, keep them as a last resort.

Staff were very friendly and comforting to us when we had to recently let go of our family cat of 20 years. Afterwards, they gently and kindly brought him to the car in a burial bag with his name wrote on it with a heart. They went above and beyond to show us they really care about our family and pet.

They gave me flee medication for my dog and she ended up scratching worse. I don’t recommend coming here.You can see my email when you respond to me. You do have my name in the system. My dog Tito was taken there for her vaccinations and then we asked for flea medicine. And now she is scratching badly because of what y’all gave us. Please save y’all’s time and go somewhere else.

You must have the mindset of a veterinarian in order to use their services, or they will just do the minimal amount of care, charge you outrageous prices knowing your pet needs more test and you'll bring your pet back the next day to actually demand proper test. Then they charge you again knowing what was wrong with your pet in the 1st place.So if you are not a Vet or someone who knows what test your pet needs done DONT use them. Because they dont care about your pet, just swipping your credit card. The 1st vist $164.00 secondVisit the VERY NEXT DAY $ 148.00Then wouldn't take the pet in and treat it until the 3rd day! Then Also charging $600 more to keep the pet because they messed up and didn't test the pet correctly.

I had been taking Boots there for 8 years until recently. He was diagnosed with diabetes and after many trips and many dollars spent, never getting updates on him when he had to stay to be monitored, was asked if I checked his numbers but yet was never shown how. Dr Kahkie and I had developed a wonderful friendship and I always thought DR Kennedy really cared for Boots. After waiting and waiting on November 8 for an update, I made a second trip there. Was given the most heartbreaking news ever. I do understand however that Dr Kahkie was in a very difficult surgery but I was promised updates from the receptionist. NEVER happened.I got a second opinion after what seemed to me they were giving up on Boots. Prayers were answered and he is doing very well. Although it’s changed our lives, at least I have my Faith back and Hope. It truly breaks my heart that a trusted relationship with Boots vet, has dissolved. Still waiting for all his Drs records. I have talked with many of my neighbors who have found a new Vet for their babies!

We've been taking our fur babies there for almost 5 yrs. now and have been very pleased with all of the care that each has received. The staff is friendly, compassionate and very helpful. We've always found it very easy to get a quick appointment and in any emergency we've been instructed to bring them right in. One of my fur babies had to be euthanized a few years back due to an inoperable brain tumor. I was completely heartbroken!The staff was so very kind and compassionate and I was allowed to hold her throughout the entire process. A week later we also received a very sweet sympathy card signed by the entire staff.💕🐾

Overbooked and over priced. I don't feel my dog got appropriate care. After consultation with a new vet, my dog's issues were immediately addressed and resolved. This may be the only vet in Clifton, but outstanding veterinary care is available in the area. Don't settle for less for your beloved petDr. Kaki can't take any negative feedback. On this Google feed, customers, current and past, are allowed to leave honest opinions about her practice. She likes to blame the client and doesn't accept responsibility for any bad reviews. This is a public forum and you can't control what's posted here. Maybe you should take a long, hard look at how your office runs and take negative reviews as a sign you need to review your methods and pricing.

They took really good care of both of my dogs. My female dog had surgery to be fixed and they treated her great. They followed up with a phone call the next day, a email a few days later and then I received a card by mail today which was a week later. Excellent care!

Thank you for finding time to see my kitty Cersei today. After calling every vet on the map from Hillsboro to Whitney, and all over Waco, I called Clifton and not only was the office visit a very reasonable price, but they got me in next day. Everywhere else claimed to be booked out till Nov. It was a simple office visit and thank you for not trying to upcharge with unnecessary labs, when the issue was very basic. I will definitely recommend this office and I will make the drive from West for all my pets going forward!!

Today I called to have my 12 year old lab euthanized because she got down in her back and could no longer get up without help. First I was told by the receptionist that I had to have an appointment which I have never been told that before for any pet. Then as we discussed an appointment I was told that there was no availability. As the conversation continued I was then told that I would be considered a new client and that they were not taking new clients. I knew the previous vet who owned that clinic who recently passed away and he was also my neighbor for several years. I have seen or heard such disregard for a client with a pet that was in need. I am not only disappointed but would not recommend after this.

We love this place! In fact, we drive past our hometown vet to the next town over to see them!Caring, friendly, welcoming and kid-friendly! We know our animals are getting loved on, if they have to stay. And prices are incredibly reasonable.

Said they are not taking any new clients and would not see my sick kid goat. Even though I asked to establish a relationship considering I just moved close to the area and needed a new vet. My kid goat ended up passing due to their negligence of trying to help. But they said I could have came back the next day during their 2-4pm walk in hours. Which did not make sense since I was already there during those hours, just a day early. Shows how much they care and I would not recommend them.

They were pleasant but seemed busy without others in line. Although I arrived about 30 minutes ahead of my appointment, I didn't see the vet for another hour. They did call the next day to see how my dog had gone through the treatment.....nice touch!

I am new to the area. There are nice people there. The office was clean that has some cool old items that most likely had been used back in the old days. It was reasonably priced compared to my vet back in the city.

We were are from the Waco area and we're in Clifton on a Sturdy morning with a sick puppy. Clinic was completely booked with appts but they told us to come in for a fecal test. They worked us in making time for the vet to see us. Wonderful staff.

Honestly, I love taking my animals to Clifton Vet Clinic. Dr. Kaki and Dr. Kennedy are always attentive, helpful, and take their time to explain procedures and health results.When my dog came in overweight, Dr. Kaki took the time to work with me on an easy-to-follow diet, including a list of "can't-have" and "can-have" treats and snacks, so I didn't feel bad about changing my pup's diet. My dog is back to a healthy weight again thanks to the instructions. I've brought my animals back time and again for dental cleanings, checkups, emergencies, and even just consultations. Every time, I've had a great experience.I know that when I bring my animals here, we're going to get the best-quality medicine possible.

I just came in this week with an animal hit by a car. There were too many injuries to the brain and spine, so they let me release the animal to be euthanized. You could see their love for this animal and the compassion they had on it. Thank you so much for being who you are!

This is the best bet we've had. They care for our pets in life and recently even came to the house to help our oldest dog go from suffering to peace and they did do with understanding and respect for him. Great clinic.
