This is the Walmart Supercenter on my Town! I was so surprised to see that they are renovating the floors and it looks beautiful!!You would not think of any bad thing was happening in the US if you looked at all the renovation and improvements happening in the Town of Conroe in Texas!Roads are being enlarged from 3 lines to 5 or 6 and I could not believe that the roads in leading to Walmart are also being enlarged everywhere I look things are being improved!Of course all is not at it's best with the economy with prices going up every other day! On at least 4 different occasions now I have attempted to purchase items in store only to be told I had to buy online and come back to the store several hours later. Explain the logic of a brick and mortar store that refuses to sell items to customers when I'm looking right at it? Waste of my time and gas

Prices are higher than the walmart just 10 miles down the road. Can hardly find a basket worth pushing. This location is getting ran down and could use some special attention in all areas

The store was clean and the isles were clear of debris the shelves were fully stocked. We found the products we were looking for easily and promptly. Still not a fun of self check out. In all a good experience. Thank you.

lack of understanding when someone had been driving for 6.5 hrs that day, 9 the day before, extremely tired missed 2 small items after carrying larger weight, with multiple offers to pay as needed the items .. completely refused to be any kind of 'not a pissing contest to see who can snatch more ppl' compassionate over ego under tall security personnel

Well ... another trip to the Cleveland mall has me enamored at how little these people do for customers. I needed help... I pushed the assistance button at the paint counter once about every 10 min and I waited for and hour and a half for someone... anyone to walk by and help. A stalker finally helped me without moving from the spot he was standing .... how hard was that?

The Walmart in Cleveland, TX, has the best bakery team! I ordered several wedding cakes , yes I know.. wedding cakes! The staff was so accommodating and assisted me with minor additions to the cakes. The groom cake was reasonably priced and decorated with some similarities to the wedding cake. I'm feeding a group of 150 and spending under $200! Way to go, Walmart!

Absolute joke of a store. On a not busy day it takes over 30 minutes standing in line to check out. Tons of employees standing around on their phones and none actually working. The two or three on registers if they moved slower they would be going backwards. The "team leads" are too busy playing on their phones and chatting to do anything about it and the store manager has the backbone of a jellyfish and lets it all happen

JUDY needs a job at PetCo. not walmart. Since she is more into petting a puppie her friend had instead of helping out a customer.She was asked for help from the ladies in the customer service department and she wasn’t able to answer the question on top of been very RUDE, nor solve the problem. Instead 2 minutes later she is down by the cashiers having a great time talking to her friends been loud petting their puppy in the middle of work. UNPROFESSIONAL, She obviously wants to be at PetCo or Petsmart working and petting dogs instead of helping the customers infront of her that actually need help and she actually gets paid to do. And is she a manager too? No way walmart, you can do better than that. I hope upper management does something about it.

The store is dirty if you go to the Kingwood store which is 25 minutes up from this store to store is clean and the associates are clean lots of work needs to be done to this store it needs help the managers do not care you can tell managers do not care the way the store looks when I mean dirty it is actually dirt on the floors and under the shelving it's a bad look

The only reason it gets 3 star is because of an employee named Leslie she was nice and helpful another one of their employees walked up to me and my husband and and told us that we need to take our dog out of the store (he was wearing his service vest) and she wanted to know the reasoning behind it it is a personal matter of why he is a service dog and she is not allowed to ask I would not recommend going to this Walmart they have barely anything nothing is ever stoked

Cleveland Walmart has one way roads in the parking lot. That's great except all the parking spaces are for small cars and not the trucks and SUVs that drive around in Texas. It's very difficult to get down the row with your basket going around trucks sticking out and not being hit by somebody backing out.

Why do people give Walmart a hard time? I like Walmart. Walmart saves me money. However, today they informed me that a vacuum cleaner I ordered was lost in shipping, coming from Dyson, so they cancelled the order. That's happened to me twice now, both times with Dyson. I don't really know who to blame, but the fact it was from the same manufacturer speaks to me. What is unfortunate, is they cancelled because they couldn't deliver on time, and only notified me after the fact. Walmart, try calling me, I would have waited a month for it. It's a gift, and I ordered it early, so there's time, and I was happy to wait because it was a $90 savings.I can't say I'm getting my money's worth out of this Walmart+ thing, but I do enjoy the fee shipping. I originally signed up because they deliver your groceries right to your door, for free. So I paid the $99/year membership, only to be told it's not available in my area yet. I feel like they should have warned me about that when I filled out the application and entered my address.There's still time to pull off a win here Walmart. I'll renew next year if you'll find me a just start delivering groceries to my door, and maybe a deeply discounted vacuum cleaner 😕.I needed a new screen door latch today, so I stopped in and grabbed one, for around $10. Reasonable. I guess it's just the shipping I take issue with. I still like you Walmart, but please work on this.

Went to one in poter and it was clean but the works act like they knew nothing .no registrar were open.only do it your self .and the line was very long .they never open any check outs to help .

Never much stocked and never have much of what I'm looking for in the store on top of registers not being open for all the customers and no employees around when you need them or scanners for pricing the items you want or help from the employees they hide in the back store room or walk around talking to each other in all departments

Most items are not as cheap as they make other think so electrical items something only make it through a day you should buy America but I believe the sister want cheap and all the money got to keep that 300 feet yatch in the water

Worst walmart ever, Not clean, rude workers! All the cashiers are close and they only have self check outs open, it sucks i don't want to be checking out my own stuff im NOT getting paid for that. If they want us to self check out they should at least paid or give a discount! (I left a review awhile ago and they deleted it!)
