Cozy HEB. It was my first time visiting. Clean, nice conversations with vendors and employees. My reason for being here was to find large blueberry muffins NOT made with sugar. A good fit into my diet. I have found vegan blueberry muffins at the Willis HEB and Walmart - no sugar added muffins.

We loved the service provided, cozy place, very attentive and efficient, a place that you can visit frequently and in a very good location, a lot of variety of fresh products, a comfortable place with access for the physically disabled, its products hook the customer, its workers attentive when paying for the merchandise, Colorful products at a very good price, from food to plants, you will find everything you are looking for here, all very great in this place thank you very much for your attention.

Wasn't as impressed with beltbuster as I remembered. Nice place and good service but burgers were dry and bland. May of just been one of those times but probably won't be a top choice anymore. Ice cream here is still tops though.

This location may be on the small side, but the food choices were pretty impressive. I found items that I haven't seen at any other locations. I would definitely shop there again.

OMG!! This little place in Cleveland, Texas, I love it here. What stick out to me the most, were the checkout lines.There were TWO people running a checkout line, one cashier, and one young lady who put my things into bags. The cashier noticed my milk was leaking and then, as a team, they went to get me a new thing of milk!! 🤯That’s like unheard of in Dallas, at least the part where I live. It’s almost all self-serve these days. So thank you. H-E-B in Cleveland Texas for just being old-fashioned a little bit. That ROCKS in my book.

I come here often and can usually always find what I need. The lines are sometimes a little long but they do have more lines open than walmart so there's a plus. They always have plenty if produce. The only thing I'm sad about is the quality of the strawberries they used to make those valentines chocolate covered strawberries. My son and I wanted some so we stopped the other day specifically for them and there was a couple that tasted rotten or something. Just yucky.

Good bargains, always find what I'm going to get. Their hot salsa is just as it is hot, not mildly hot, but hot. Their products are as good as the national brands.

This HEB needs an upgrade. I've been all around from Magnolia, Conroe, The Woodlands, Tomball, and Kingwood and none compare to the one here in Cleveland. It seems like this HEB gets the worst produce and veggies. There is not many options. One reason I rather travel to other HEBs for my food but it sucks that I even have to do that. I find rotten stuff here all the time including today. Workers need to care more of the isles they are assigned to. Now traveling to Kingwood for my salmon and other vegetables that I didn't find here.

I am so done with my HEB in town.Sticking with Walmart. Your cashiers and baggers are very rude.Not a simple hi or thank you.I told cashier Adamari R. on 02-04 - 24 @ 1:27 pm to smile.It is not the end of the world.Both her and the young lady bagging gave me a " Go to hell look."The HEBs in Kingwood, Humble ,Katy and beyond are the nicest.But for whatever reason this HEB in Cleveland has some of the rudest folks.Management I thank you for listening.

Met some wonderful shoppers in the store. Spoke to the Man as well as the lady that works in the meat dept. Actually was a great day shopping at HEB IN CLEVELAND!

All great. Store was clean and in order. Many people working and running smoothly. Checkout registers were open with enough checkouts that my wait time was less than 1 minute to start my checkout with a cashier doing his/her job.

To many Mexican,s There hamburger meat is rotten.. There Cashier's 😭 Are really unpolite. I was there today and it was an Hispanic guy and he gave me my change and didn't say Thank you or nothing. And then I thought he wasn't even going to put my stuff in a bag for me. Sad part is that I only had a thing of lettuce hamburger buns and a gallon of milk. People like that don't need to work in the public. If you can't be nice 🙂 I wish that I knew who the owner was. Cause I would report that store.

This place needs to do a serious remodel. I want a nice Heb! Heb’s are generally nice and clean. Heb claims to represent Texas but this is a poor representation.Pros:- Local grocery store- Friendly staff- CurbsideCons:- No fresh deli- No fresh seafood department- Looks very old & decrepit(Even though this is a small town, the people deserve better)

This store is excellent. They may be smaller and have limited space for inventory, but they have a small area for truck drivers to stop and get groceries. That alone gets them 5 stars. All of the store personnel were very friendly and I was able to get what I needed quickly. I will definitely return again.

Parking lot is always busy and the store could use a total remodel but the store is overall fairly good. It just lacks in luster compared to most HEBs. Cleveland deserves a new HEB Plus. It would be great for the whole town.

I was really disappointed in HEB. They put pallets in the freezer isle and meat section. It's so small you could hardly get 1 buggy through. I thought, what are they thinking! Made my shopping and everyone else's experience horrible!
