The tag price on the self said 2.65 but when I checked out at the register it was a higher price. The employee said they had an update to the prices but had not had time to change the tag on the self. She offered to take it back but said she couldn’t give me the price stated on the self. As a long time consumer I know that if there is a price tag it should be honored.The store employees are not friendly and I won’t shop there again.

I loaded all my items on the counter and Jenny watched me do it and then told me she was open at the other register to I had to put my stuff up, move and unload again. Once I moved I noticed a sign on the card reader saying that the chip wasn’t working. Jenny then proceeded to tell me I had to move again to the other register that I was originally at and wait for the other attendant to get there. I mean she watched me put my stuff down at the beginning and she didn’t bother to ask how would I be paying if she knew her card reader wasn’t working (chip reader). She was very rude, Jenny needs more training.

One of my favorite stores because it's close to the house and the people who work there are awesome and helpful but they are under paid but that's the only I that sucks is the employees being under paid 😥

3 times in 2 months we have gotten soured milk. Don't get milk here they obviously do not know how to keep it fresh.

8:54 pm. I pull in to see they close at 9. I get it. But there’s still 6 minutes and all I need is a roll of duct tape for a project I’m doing in my classroom tomorrow. The 2 workers are standing outside on a smoke break, watch me pull up, then walk in and stare at me as they lock the door. At 8:54 pm. K bye.

Store has new manger, its Clean now and shelves are actually stopped with the right merchandise and price correctly.Until now this store was a total loses..Now its worth the drive to..Keep up the great work..

Family Dollar is my favorite store in town. It's inexpensive, (if that's possible these days)clean, has everything you need, and so far all the clerks have been very helpful and friendly.

I clipped coupons online. When I checked out I forgot (my fault) to enter my phone number. They don't ask you if you could have clipped coupons!! You forget, too bad!! Ugh!! When I went back in, never left the parking lot, the lady said it was too late!!

Everytime I have been in there the aisles were blocked with boxes and two wheel carts loaded with merchandise that needed to be put away.
