Do not shop at this store! The Hispanic boy that runs cashier completely lied about his Vehicles bumper trying to insurance scam my father-in-law when I went to talk to him to show his vehicle damage and show him pictures of ours and that there's no damage the manager was very rude and told me to get out of the store which I did not have a problem with but this place is a joke!

This store is a great addition to our area, I just live a mile from it so it's very convenient but, they should've built a bigger building if they were going to keep it so packed with stuff making the isles tight to go through with a shopping cart. Very friendly staff.

Who doesn't love Dollar General... the tiny Wal Mart's conveniently located just outside most communities... they have cloths, food and cigarettes too...fair enough on prices I suppose and friendly staff... not to mention they hire locally... I wonder if I could get my estranged wife a job there... y'all have a great rest of your day, Johnny out.

Depends on who is behind the register. The last time I went here the lady behind the counter talked forever to the woman in line ahead of me about nothing. I guess she was just a friendly person though because she bought my kids suckers. I cant complain. The store is a little messy though and there isn't much room to walk around especially with a basket and three kids. There is stuff everywhere and it's almost always like that.

They carry the staples needed for most quick trips to the store, without the hassle. This store is extremely hot though and could be a little tidier. All in all, it's still a good little store.

It's Dollar General, you can find a little bit of everything here. Although it seems lately the Dollar Generals in Cleveland seem to have a lot of empty shelf space with items not available that are always the ones I want. Mind you, the customer service is always great, the staff at both stores is always friendly and helpful. You would think that with selling out of items every week would afford more hours so that there could be more ployees working instead of just 1 or 2 there. The employees handle the crowds very well and luckily the customers are understanding. I just wish they could keep the shelves full.

Lots to choose from and great prices. You can find a lot of name brand stuff with much lower than normal prices. There's not a great variety of clothing but it seems as though the variety is growing. You can find a little bit of everything here from toys, stationery, groceries a day even a few automotive and housewares. I mainly go in for household products and detergent, and cleaning supplies since the prices are so much lower.

Give it a three star only because it was 3 minutes before closing and they wouldn't let me in. On their clock it was three minutes ahead, and the cashier that was closing agreed it was ahead of time and still didn't let me buy detergent. This is how you loose customers.

Very nice employees and helpful. But had to show I D for cigarettes That's ok but was expired. We both look 60 so hubby wasn't happy. Had to dig mine out.

I went in the store like i do just about every day to get smokes and always show my id but this time the girl asked me to take it out when you can see my birthday with having to do so and d found it expire ed so wouldn't sell them to me they just lost 2500.00 dollars a year

The employees at this store are racist and rude.... I visited this location on6-1-2017(around 10:00pm) and a white young lady, came behind the the counter listening to profanity laced music (rap)... I asked her to turn it off and she tried to catch and attitude, when I asked for the lead on duty that night, I was told that she was the lead (WOW)!!!

So far I've had good service at all store's accept the one on f. M 1010 not friendly at all even the manager at night was just rude never going there again.

I spent 4 hours calling this stores phone number to get a recording telling me my call was important but they were busy with other customers, telling me to call back later. Now I live right down the street from your store and Never have I seen it so busy that you had some un personal recording for 4 plus hours straight. Im glkad Family Dollar is so close...

Convenient but like most other dollar generals either they don't hire enough employees or the employees just don't try hard enough because the store is always a wreck. With stock sitting all over but not in it's proper place

Upon entering Cleveland with my wife and daughter our car broke down. We called a wrecker. All we needed was change and the woman behind the register said I'd have to wait in line which was almost out the door. So the cashier was already opening the drawer but wouldn't give us change for the wrecker. Even after letting the cashier know our situation she just insisted that we leave. The wrecker showed up n ended up charging us almost double because we couldn't get change .

Stood in line for 15 minutes while all 4 employees were chatting about system issues, returns and personal matters. All of them saw us standing in line with a buggy of items and not one said a word. For 8 minutes we waited while they were not busy and still did not get to check out. Decided to leave and as we were walking out they finally decided to speak to us but by then it was too late.

As far as Dollar General stores go, I give this one a 3. It's small and cluttered but you can find some deals if you look. And if you're just needing a few items, it's easy in and out
