Employees talk about residency and patrons. Pick and choose who they allow in store based on their personal opinion if a person. Rude and pushy at closing. Store is not organized and always dirty with inventory not stocked or in place.

I've lived here 2 years in Rye. I have to run here on occasion. They need more employees. The last few times I've been I'm waiting 15 to 30 minutes just for a couple of items. The self checkout is convenient if you have a card. I feel sorry for the one employee stuck with a line going all the way around with no help. Majority of the time they don't have a full selection of stuff. Depends on the day you go. Service is friendly considering you're waiting forever.

Samantha is very helpful and always working but, she somehow always goes above and beyond for my family and other families just the same. She is very knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of those who need assistance including new trainees on register etc... Very clean store and things are easy to find. I do find alot of times items that are not priced and would be less inclined to buy because of this. Overall friendly, helpful most times pretty quick getting in and out.

The cellphone reception on this intersection is very poor so I use the stores wifi when inside. Here recently it hasn't been working almost every time I go inwhich is an inconvenience for me because I use my digital coupons. This is a problem because I'm taking my business elsewhere. There are a couple very rude employees 😒 especially to anyone that uses coupons. And they try to make up their own rules on how I can use the coupons or how maNy I can use in a Transaction. I love to coupon and save money so when they do this to me again I take my business elsewhere. I'm about to stop going to this location all together

Love My Dollar General in RyeIt's been a Blessing for those of Us that can grab a few necessities without having to drive all the way into Livingston or Cleveland or Liberty... A fantastic variety the prices are decent the staff are very professional and will shop there before anywhereElse💜
