Dr. Bob is an excellent Dr. He took time out from surgery day to analyze a sample for me for my TinkerBell and gave me a probiotic with some protectant in it. And he is reasonably priced. You need a vet? Dr. Bob is your man.

It's hard to find a vet here that will compete with my last vet at PetCare Express. Their customer service was amazing and their prices where extremely cheap. 9 dollars for a visit meanwhile at Cleveland it's 40 or more for a visit, smh and the bill I got for my last visit was outrageous.

Everytime I call- the same rude, dull receptionist answers. She sounds like she doesn’t want to be there. Not a great first impression when trying to find a new vet. Very short on phone, one worded answers, doesn’t even answer / talk respectfully or professionally.If you want new clients hire a better informative receptionist.

Dr. Bob is the best vet we’ve ever had. We have been going to Dr Bob for 10 years. He truly cares about his pet patients. Dr Bob is so nice but the older lady with short hair in the front is as rude as they come. If he doesn’t want to lose clients he should get rid of her fast. I’m already looking for another vet unfortunately. If you dislike your job so much do Dr Bobs faithful clients a favor and LEAVE!

I took a stray kitten that was injured and the receptionist said they couldn't check him .But I could take him to a different vet . What kind of vet is that. ! If I could I'd give them a -3 .!!!

Dr Bob has been our Vet for over 20 years. We've have had 4Dogs in that time. He is a Top Notch Dr and has always kept our Pets healthy and happy. His Staff is top notch. We've recommended him to neighborsand friends and they as well recommend him to others as well .

THANK YOU, DR BOB and staff! We are new to the area. About a week after our first visit our Maya, a 6 yr-old, 58 lb Boxer-Pit mix, had something terribly wrong with her leg; she would not walk on it at all. We finally called Tues evening to leave a msg for an appt the next day, not realizing they were closed Wed. Dr BOB leaves his # for emergencies. We called and he called back in about an hour. He said to bring her first thing Thurs morning as a drop-off and he'd look at her. He examined her thoroughly. His advice for us to follow & medication helped Maya almost miraculously! Everyone there was friendly and Dr Bob's skill and manner were very reassuring. In a few days we were taking longer and longer walks with Maya and she's doing great! Thank you again with all our hearts, especially Maya ☺️💗🐕🐾

Dr Bob is passionate about his work. Takes his time and really thoroughly goes over everything. The prices are great. The trade off is it is busy and you may wait. Well worth it for the service you get.

Dr. Bob and the whole staff from when I made the appointment all the way through when we came for the appointment was just great and just as nice when I called back to get heartworm preventative costs. This is the best vet that we have used and it was hard changing vets since we moved up here after 20+ years of living close to Houston and using the same vet. They have gained us as a long term client and we will tell everyone we know how great Cleveland Animal Hospital is with our dogs and the very affordable fees the offer. Keep up the great work Dr. Bob and staff!!

Get ready my 21k followers it is a good one....I had a litter of American Bullys born 5/3 in ther first 24 hours one started to fade....I call me local vet boom no go its farm call day yay!!...I get on the line with who I use but they are 1 and 1 half hour away the immediately network and find this place they tell its a go head there....Then I get the phone call of no you can't come go somewhere else we are not emergent care related...So now I have lost it as it has been 10 mins since this babies last breath....I was then told go on to Humble....Like what she is not going to make it...followed by have a nice day.....So the overworking morel here apparently you must be established as a patient and don't bother us we can't handle a emergent care.....that's like saying to someone we are open but closed.....I then had to drive further....and yes the puppy didn't survive and no I will not have a good day a stated to end my call.....better hope your animal never needs immediate attention....

I absolutely love this office! Dr. Bob is great he truly cares about his patients, I've been taking my animals there for about 5 years now and have always had a good experiences. He's very informative and honest which is a huge plus with veterinarian clinics today. The staff is great the front office girl named Jessica is super awesome! I definitely recommend this animal hospital to anyone who is looking for a great place for there furry friends! 😊

The doctor is great I gave 3 stars because of the front desk if your not happy at your job why be there. I mean it was not pleasant and then I saw the desk people getting in a heated conversation with a fur baby parent. Not cool.

Dr. Bob is probably the best vet without a doubt that we have ever used. His prices are fair and he explains what he is doing, how to better care for your pet. He makes home visits for large farm animals. Hope he never retires but if he does, I hope he brings in someone as good as he is...

I walked in this morning, two ladies were at the front desk. One was seated and the other one stood right in front of me. No “good morning, welcome” not even “I’ll be with you in just a moment”. Not a word, just ignoredme for a good 2 minutes. When the old woman finally acknowledged me, she was rude and I explained to her the problem I was having with a stray dog that we found, her response was “this is a vet, we don’t treat sick animals here. You need to take it to All Community animal hospital.” Umm…excuse me? I thought that’s what a vet was. So to this staff shame on you ppl. Ill manner folks, never taught any type work etiquettes.

Dr. Bob is the best veterinarian I've ever brought my fur babies to. He is so sincere and compassionate about the animals that come to see him. He also has the best prices I have EVER seen! The ladies upfront are pretty great too!!!
