In a world of terrible customer service it is WONDERFUL to have places like Russell's around! They are so NICE and so HELPFUL. I drive over 30 minutes to buy from them because I want to support great businesses and great people. Thank you Russell's and staff!

This is my wife and I's favorite place to stop and get animal feed and things for the property, the staff including the manager are always super friendly and extremely helpful. every time we go in there was smile on their face and they're looking for ways to help. They have a great selection of products.

Best place to get my horse feed. They always have what I need when I go. If they are short on hand. It will be there in a day or 2 at most. I will continue to use Russell feed for all my feed needs

A wonderful feed store with tons of small mammal supplies. Was able to pick up two new hutches, aspen bedding, and 9 pounds of hay blend in a single trip. I was also able to bring home my new best friend Buster the dwarf rabbit. The staff are fantastic, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They have an awesome selection of chicken coops and dog pens as well!

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. And just a fun fact I was one of about 12 people that waited in their store for over 8 hours for baby chicks to arrive. And that was the most fun I ever had at a feed store. Lol

Rylee from the Cleburne location went above and beyond to make sure I got the feed I was looking for, she even made a recommendation to a Purina feed that ended up being better then the feed I was originally wanting and looking for. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great customer service and great feed.

I can't thank the manager of this store enough. My horse, Red was showing signs of colic Saturday evening at close to six o'clock. I called the store and asked if they had a product called "Say Whoa" and they did. I asked if they could wait until my husband got there while I stayed with my horse, and they graciously agreed. This means so much to me that they cared enough to stay after closing time for their customers to get there. I will always use them for all my Equine needs. Thank you so much.
