This store has helped me a lot with bugs for my beardie. They keep a great stock of beetles and mealworms for him. I also took my puppy here for some toys, treats, and other spoiled goods. He absolutely loved everything he got! I have 2 dogs and I always like to spoil them with the frosted treats. The customer service is great here in general and the place stays very tidy!

The crew members were very friendly at this store, and there was an added bonus, as we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of their pet food.~ High-quality pet food, at least for us, has been hard to find outside of the larger cities. Particularly for parrots.We own a parot and personally put his food together for him, as we have found a lot of commercial foods have too much iron in them, so that's why we put his together for him.~ My daughter is constantly educating herself on the ingredients in our little guys food... so much so that she's almost an expert at it now 😄Zero iron would actually be best for all birds in general because she said iron is the number one killer of birds.~ She says some natural iron, not added/enriched, and in very small amounts, is okay, though. If it's listed in the ingredient panel, there should be no more than 0.1 mg.That being said, as soon as we put the product we bought in his cage, he immediately went after it! He loves it!Thank you, Petsence! We sure appreciate it!

This place is excellent. You can find nearly everything you need. They do grooming and have days where vets come in. Staff is always friendly and attentive. The store is clean, well stocked and very spacious.They feature some pets (usually cats) that can be adopted through application from Cleburne Animal Shelter.You can get pet tags here as well. The prices are a bit higher but you do have premium items and shopping experience.Great place to even just stop by and look around...but if you have a pet you will probably pick something up :).

They had plenty of the products I needed - would be nice if they had a larger selection of dog collars as I was looking for 1 that lights for nighttime walks.The ladies working were very nice and helpful.

The cat food selection could be better... also seems overpriced compared to competitors in neighboring cities. Will visit in a pinch. Employees are always kind.

The woman there today was very helpful and understanding. Small per store but super nice and well knowledge. Thanos and I will be back .Thank you. The dog tags you can make here are super cute and very don't cost a arm and a leg like at Petco.

It seems overpriced to me, but it's the only place in town that I have found the flavor and size dry food that I feed my dog. When I went in looking for water bowls and beds for her, I ended up getting them at Wal-Mart for probably half the price.And why is it so dark in there?

Very friendly customer service. Always willing to help with our questions. I haven't used their grooming service so my review is for the store. You can bring your pet in as well, just be considerate folks! We carry our old girl in when we go. Love the store. They carry everything you need for your pets.

I took our husky, Kyra for a long overdue grooming session yesterday and she unfortunately got her nail caught on the table and it tore out, causing her to bleed. The young woman grooming her immediately called me and kept her calm as I returned to the store. She was able to trim the other nails before I arrived so nothing similar could happen to one of them, and helped me try to locate a local vet who could take her in and check her paw. I eventually took her to Burleson and her vet saw her a handful of hours later. The groomer was very concerned about Kyra, did not charge for the nails she trimmed and offered a comp bath at any point. She wanted to be updated on Kyra after a vet saw her so she knew she was okay. It wasn’t anyone’s fault at Petsense, as her nails really were very long after we adopted her and it could have happened anywhere - she was just extra excited being around new dog friends in a new environment. Petsense has been very kind and considerate about this entire ordeal even though it wasn’t anyone’s fault and I appreciate it. Everyone back there was really great with Kyra even in a crisis.

They are nice, friendly, and helpful. We just moved here, but they assisted us in finding everything we usually get at Russell's. We have been there twice now. Last we went, we got tags for our pets' collars. We really like it there.

It’s a great place unless you need a reliable supply of crickets to feed your reptiles. We are now on day 3 or 4 of no crickets. I don’t think they understand the importance of consistency, especially when it comes to having live insects. Not only do they need to up their supply but they also need a different supplier. When someone depends on a local place like this for their animals food, especially in a small town with not a lot of options, and they don’t provide consistency it really hurts the animal more than anything.

I brought my husky in for a complete grooming, with some pretty explicit instructions on what I wanted/didn't want. The very friendly young lady listened to what I wanted, and didn't make her own decisions on anything. I was very happy when I saw my fur baby again, clipped and filed nails, and a haircut that said that he was ready for the summer, sporting a green on green bandana. I will definitely be bringing my fur baby back here for more groomings in the future!

You know how some places greet you and ask you if you need help before the automatic doors close behind you and it's kind of overwhelming?Yeah, this place is the opposite. I've never felt so unnecessary as a customer. Do they not need business? Is it a front for money laundering and they'd prefer no one came in?So many questions. I'd ask them, but they're too busy ignoring people.Gave them 2 stars because I felt no guilt walking out without making a purchase and that was a bonus

My husband and I and our 4 kids.. ages 9, 5 and two 4 year olds visited PetSense today 3/23 at approximately 1pm. We immediately felt unwelcome by the blonde female employee. Within 30 seconds of being in the store she said rudely from 4 aisles over "we ask that all kids stay next to their parents". All of our children were within 6 feet of us and they weren't being obnoxious. They were looking at the dog toys for our new puppy and they were excited so they were trying out a few of the toys. We left within 5 minutes because we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. We had never been here and we will never go back. I understand some people have bad days but I've worked with the public for years and I feel like genuine customer service is very important.

I walked in and the associate asked if she could help. Didn't know until presicely at that point, I did in fact needed help. I bombarded said associate with all sorts of questions about my newly acquired puppers. She gave me knowledgeable answers about everything I asked. She pointed out some toys and food for my puppy and she loves them. Thank you so much for this associate ( I wish I could remember her name for the purpose of this review). Outstanding customer service. This shall now be my forever store for all of my pet needs.
