I'm sure that people who arrange stores do so in a manner that forces patrons to walk every aisle looking for the one thing that common sense would dictate it be located by like items. No.What annoyed me most was that the section with Dallas Cowboys jerseys was bigger than the meat department. Really? I thought this was a grocery store.

Everyone is so nice here! They usually have some good coupons and specials. Last time we went an employee offered to make a fresh batch (without prompting) of fried chicken. Most recently my child ordered a horse cake for my mother’s birthday. It was beautifully done, delicious, and reasonably priced.

Primarily visited the in-store pharmacy. Always friendly and efficient. They also apply any available discounts for you in advance... especially helpful without insurance. I drive from Glen Rose for this alone. Entire store is clean with items easy to locate. Highly recommend.

So far, I really like this store, nicest store in Cleburne actually as far as cleanliness and layout. but the people here are always friendly the Pharmacy is awesome as well as the Pharmacist. Only downside for me is their usually more expensive and their clear across town from me.

Ordered on the app for delivery paid the fee and tipped 8 to the driver. My order was supposed to be delivered between 1-5pm. I reached out to the in app chat asking about the delivery they gave me no real answer other than a reference code and said they would reach out to the store in Cleburne. That was at 5pm I waited until 543 and called the store to see what was going on. The lady was nice who answered the phone then the manager got on the line who was also nice. However all she could tell me was when you order delivery through the app it doesn’t ping for delivery only pick up. So she had to schedule with door dash. But didn’t offer to refund the delivery I paid for it to be delivered by 5pm. She also said she would call me back when it was on its way to me via door dash. It’s 6:45 as I write this and still no delivery. If delivery isn’t an option then it needs to be removed from the app for that location. Piss poor customer service overall. Also the last text i received about my order was at 12:52 saving they were filling my order then at 1:12 a text saying it was processed and ready for delivery. Had I not called my groceries would have just sat there even longer. I despise Walmart so heb or Kroger will get my business from now on.

Take the lids off everything before you purchase otherwise you might get home with stuff that’s possibly been messed with. This is the 4the time in 3 months this has happened to us. We will no longer be shopping here.

I don’t leave reviews often but this was needed. As a small business owner, seeing employees go above and beyond while having a great attitude is something that stands out in a different way. Alex from the deli 100% just started my day off in the best way possible, giving me customer service no one can expect these days. Give this man his own store! Lol

Need more handicap carts that run. I took on for just a few minutes. It was showing full charge when I took it.When it quit I had to walk to the opposite corner of the store to get a replacement. The second was showing a full charge but after transferring all of my items it began showing no charge and beeping. I finally got to the checkout completely exhausted and very frustrated. The staff finally got me another cart and transfered everything. The staff was very apologetic but I was in severe pain and extremely frustrated because of your faulty equipment.

I have never shopped at the Albertsons in Cleburne before but after having no luck finding a store to make a cake I decided to go there. The lady at the bakery section was a sweetheart! As I ordered the cake she was able to show me color examples and gave me suggestions and let me know why certain things that I was asking for wouldn’t work. She seemed a bit serious at first but the more she talked the more she loosened up on her tone. She knew her cakes well!

The store is ok. It is clean and not crowded. Purchased a Turkey for Christmas at this store and it was bad. Had to go get a new turkey at HEB. Product rotation questionable at this store.

Albertsons is always there when I need them! I had to stop by for a last minute birthday cake for one of my employees and they didn't let me down - they even wrote a sweet Happy Birthday on the cake! I have been going there for years and will continue going there until it is no longer an option for me.*same results as always, consistent with products and cleanliness.

Albertsons is making it very difficult to get your digital deals. You not only have to check the item but you have to go to another page and re check the item. Boo on you Albertsons.

I really love Albertsons generally speaking. But please get some help at the checkouts. Every time I go in there only 1 or 2 checkers are working and always long lines. It is very frustrating. I’ll go to Kroger next time. It would be really helpful if you could add a couple self checkout lanes like Kroger did.

This review is for the bakery. The ladies are very accommodating and friendly. My son was able to pick out a cake, have his name on it last- minute, no problem. They were singing him "Happy Birthday!" and making sure he left with a smile.My other son graduated in May. They made him a special cake, gave us a graduation topper, and told my family how happy they were for my son to graduate high school.My family will now only buy cakes from this bakery from now on. We are always welcome and feel very special.

I really like this store, prices are a little high but over all a great clean well kept store... Now the problem I have is the attitude of some of the workers. That needs to change. If your not dressed to a T. Your gonna get bad service. All dressed up well put together you get great attitude. And yes I've done it both ways.

How many times must I loose money because the checker screws up. Being short handed today I bagged and put my stuff in the basket. Meanwhile the cashier completes my order and when I asked about entering my phone number for my computer coupons she says well, I just have to recheck your whole order but how much and on what would you have coupons. I could only remember 1( $3.00) and she gave me that because I was so close to walking. The reality was I created my whole list around those coupons and store sales. I left close to $20 on the table today. No I am not happy.

Clean, wide isles, and always well stocked. The store is also rarely packed like other stores of the area. Makes shopping here all the more pleasant. Friendly staff and a abundance of parking makes this store my go-to for grocery needs.

Really open spacious grocery shopping atmosphere. There's a little bit of everything here. I've never had any problems shopping here and the layout is almost calming! Update: still a very pleasant shopping experience. Prices are slightly higher than other grocers. I like to think I'm paying for the peace and atmosphere...lol

Higher prices as expected in these type of grocery stories. With that out of the way... the store is clean. Plenty of workers. GREAT MEATS AND FRESH VEGETABLES. They have good sales all the time if you like to stock up on meat. Deli has food that you can stop by for a warm lunch if you get tired of the fast food in the area. If lines get backed up they open up more lanes. Quick in and out.

Well lit, organized, super clean. The day I was there, lines were long. I did not see any self check lanes. When my turn finally arrived, the Cashier was preoccupied with conversation to the gentleman that was bagging. At the start of our interaction, she did not say hello to me nor acknowledge my presence in any manner other than processing my groceries. She continued her conversation with her coworker. After completion of the transaction, she neither thanked me nor gave wishes for a good day. She handed me the receipt, turned away and began straightening her space. Maybe an off day for her... I hope my experience is not the norm. I pay Albertson's prices expecting great customer service. This trip, my expectations were not met.

Clean store well stocked with large varieties in all departments but you pay a price for such as I generaly only shop the weekly specials; otherwise, regular purchases are too expensive for my budget. Also, it's confusing on learning how specials are priced with quanities allowed / required. Still a nice place to shop.

The best and only butcher in town I like. If you stick to the sale items you can get out of there fairly cheap. Otherwise they are way over priced.

Although I stopped in around 9:30pm on a Saturday, the store looked great. It was very clean and well stocked. During this late hour on any given weekend, a retail store environment can look like it was shopped hard, with aisles looking both empty and cluttered. Not the case here. My only critique would be the single cashier at the front. I'm afraid this is the new social norm. That and checking yourself out. Shouldn't that qualify for an employee discount?

You may never see this. But I wanna give a huge shout out to the store manager. On may 23 22 you allowed me to park my 18 wheeler behind your store so I could go have lunch with my spouse. I did not get a chance to thank you in person... Now any other truck drivers if you call and ask. I am sure the manager will let you. Just don't mess up his lot with trash and I am sure the manager will keep letting us park for a bit.

Service was great but very little products. Some of their freezer items were completely empty. 🤷‍♀️ Not sure why. But the employees were very nice.
