Awful place to shop due to the employees. They are rude very disrespectful and have poor people skills. They treat you as if your doing something wrong and they come off very discriminatory.

The two women in the store were very nice. I don’t think they were Mgmt. The store itself was horrible. I’m a visitor of the town off and on. There was little stock and what stock they had was on the floor or on a top shelf. It was a disaster in there which is upsetting when there are few stores in the area. You would think they would want sales to increase by having a cleaner store and the correct stock.

Clarksville TX lost my business. I was ignored at checkout so I left. One was talking to vendor and the other was stocking. I rang bell twice and ask for cashier. NOTHING.

bad place, i really hope people read this. my friend kanel, he actually filmed a youtube video over here. he went in the store, with a mustache, and they declined him service because they are racist. i'd watch out for this store. also they don't accept lgbt money

What a disaster of a store! Men's bathroom door doesn't shut all the way since the hinge is broken. Messy is not the word! I worked retail for years and this isn't a stocking issue... It's a mess because the employees don't put stuff back where they belong. The worst Dollar General I've been in!! A lot are messy but this one takes the cake!!

Clean but most times cluttered especially the clothing aisles. I don't know if it is all dollar general stores but if so..heads up Small and Medium size girls need clothes too!! Service here depends on who you are and sometimes I'm somebody but most days a stranger that's offended someone...what can you do?? Small town and convenience not driving 30 miles...

The employees where friendly and courteous that was the only positive. The store was not maintained well. Sales prices were not displayed and the items that were on the shelves were not presented in a good manner. The store was crowded with to many displays and back stock.

This is a good place for a quick stop. They have all of the necessary things you need rather than fighting Walmart. The reason they don't get a 5 star rating is most of the time it is cluttered in the aisles and disorganized.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the Clarksville Dollar General employees. During the epidemic they have successfully serviced our small community. These employees treat customers as friends and community. Their patience, friendliness is well appreciated in these tense times. Thank you.That review was 10 months ago. I am still pleased with the employees. What I am very annoyed about is that this store is not kept stocked. Dollar General is making a very large profit from this town. Yet the stocks are always low. Maybe more deliveries are needed? Maybe more employees are needed. IDK. But it is ridiculous that the same stock items are continuously low. It annoys the customer & is loss of profit when you do not stay stocked. Nor am I impressed with the outside property and surrounding properties littered in Dollar General trash. It makes DG & our community look bad. Who wants to shop at a seedy looking store?

Nowhere near the same good deals that I get in Blossom & Paris (for what I buy there). Huge store, practically a mini Superette. Many more aisles of orderly easy-to-find products available. 3 x the cooler space I've seen in any Dollar 🅶eneral. 2 Checkout counters that were moving people through quite at a good pace. Lots of customers. They were making larger purchases. Would have given a 5☆ for orderliness - a 1☆ for rudeness. Compromised w/ a 3☆.

an asile for gardening supplies, lawn care, outdoor decor and planting needs! Staff has always been helpful as much as they can. one employee even posted my lost wallet I forgot and left in the cart, on Facebook, to get it back to me!! Thank you SO much! May God bless you

Very clean store but was never greeted by any employee. They just looked at me and kept doing what they were doing...no "may I help you?", nothing. That was my only complaint. You can find just about anything you want in that store.

The overall feeling when you walk in is that of disarray. Then once you get further into the store the feeling becomes reality. The cashier was not very friendly. In fact she was downright rude. Doubtful I will ever go back to this location.

Located in town . Not far to drive or walk to. But always a wait to check-out. Never enough cashier's. Clean store , friendly service.

There is always a new cashier no one ever stays employed here long. Half the time there digital coupons don't work and you have to stand in line all the time when this happens.
