Stocking Ice Cream Parlor is such a gem! The building is one of the oldest in Claude and has a rich history. The owner, Rhonda, keeps 33 varieties of Blue Bell ice cream in the freezer each day! She also has soft serve ice cream, but the real cherry on top is her homemade brownies and cookies. Try a brownie sundae, you won't be disappointed!

Nothing can beat a great ice cream parlor in a small country town! Love the atmosphere, the people were terrific and the ice cream was wonderful! Found a shady spot just to sit and enjoy it and let life slow down for a minute.

We have always wanted to stop at this cute little ice cream shop when driving through Clarendon, and I am so glad we did! Absolutely wonderful ice cream and the friendliest service I’ve experienced in a long time. We will absolutely be back.

Couldn't have been happier with my stop here! Clean place, super friendly proprietors, and so many ice cream flavors. Loved the 7-scoop tasting -- was a fun way to try a bunch of different flavors. Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

A spacious, yet cozy location with LOTS of choices! Good old fashioned ice cream plus sorbet, Popsicles, homemade fudge, peach cobbler, and pecans. Friendly staff too. Completely updated building and brand new business opened today! I'll be back again and again!

Awesome locally owned place! Great selection of flavors and toppings. There are several large tables to accomodate larger groups and it is a comfortable place to be and enjoy a sweet treat.

Fun vintage-themed ice cream shop. Family-owned, with a mix of in-house flavors and standards. A little on the pricy side (think Ben and Jerry’s or Marble Slab), but well worth it for a treat.

Drive by this often on my way to Dallas and decided to stop in a few days ago.There were 2 or 3 children running around the store that looked they belonged to the owners. They were running everywhere, even behind the counter. No regard to food safety at all as they were climbing on the ice cream counters, taking cups and moving them, digging things out of the trash and they were not wearing shoes. A health hazard for sure!It’s also very expensive. Bought two single dip cones and ended up having to pay almost $10, which is absurd for just Blue Bell ice cream.While the ice cream was ok, you’re better off getting a pint from the gas station.Will not be returning.
