We stopped in here for hamburgers on Tuesday afternoon. My hamburger was cold and the meat had a weird smell and flavor was really bad. I didn’t say anything to my husband because we were just having a cheap date and going to the lake. That night I woke up sick with stomach pains. I have been sick for two days. I will not go back to this place again. I think the meat was bad.

So I looked on the sonic app today and they showed a footlong chili cheese coney for $1.99 but when I tried to order it wanted me to pay regular price which was over $5.00. The people at sonic said it requires a promo code which wasn't available. Imagine that! Why would they stick it on there without the necessary information to purchase it? BAH HUMBUG!

I just wanted to personally thank sonic for my egg, cheese, and sausage burritos this morning. My eggs were delicious without any added salt and my 3 pieces of sausage that were at the bottom of my burrito were indeed wonderful. The absence of cheese was also delightful. Also your parking spots are great. They fit my f150 perfectly after it took out a mirror!! Thanks for reminding me why I don't go out to eat....

A good establishment no matter how low, needs a good manager to run its staff efficiently. Yall make money from tips, and I can bet yall don't make much. Up your game, get paid

Went to Sonic in Cisco this morning and ordered 2 sausage croissants with no egg. Get home I have one sausage croissant just like I ordered and the other was just a croissant with egg. I and no sausage. Unbelievable. Still got charged the same price. I've had trouble at this location before and will not be going back. Everything was squashed and messy. Just thrown together. How do you possibly mess up such an easy order. Please pay attention

Come here for the happy hour or when they put their shakes half price and you are golden. Won't find any other fast food place with the amount of different drinks you can order. They also do a great job of supporting teachers, local businesses, and other places. I enjoy going here for the drinks and atmosphere it's just nice to sit out on a nice day enjoying a drink and some company

I enjoy getting drinks from this Sonic and their food is great. The food comes out in a relatively quick fashion. Though, if there was anything I learned while cooking in fast food, it’s French Fries. The French Fries I received today when I went at around 10am tasted like they had been under the warmer for 25+ minutes and seemed as though they had been cooked just a tad too long. I’m not sure who was cooking at the time, but have to watch for consistency.

I love their drinks. My daughter is a fan of the chicken strips, we love the burgers, onion rings and tots. We usually call in our order. It has always been done right. We usually get friendly, fast service.

I order for my family ...3 orders of #1 . One with just lettuce and tomatoes... The other two orders would be with no onions.... Last order was # 11 ... When we got the food , every order was wrong except for #11 . The #11 chicken was burnt ... All the fries were cooked in old grease.. This was the worst food and service I have had ... We asked for ketchup and never got it ..

Worst experience so far! We ordered a sonic cheeseburger with bacon and my cheese was with the vegetables instead of the patty and the bacon was on one side of the burger. We ordered a sonic double cheeseburger with mustard and jalepenos and we got a single party burger with mayonnaise. Ordered cheese sticks and cheddar peppers and received 1 package of marinara sauce. I dont particularly like cheddar peppers with marinara. I attempted to call the number on the receipt and 5 times and not once did anyone answer the phone.

Ordered online and right as it went through their system shut down. That wasn't the issue, the issue was even though i had a receipt with the location and time stamp, they didn't try to go through with the order or refund. Now I'm 20 bucks short and still hungry..
