I have been in a lot of flying J Truck stops. It’s pretty sad when bathrooms have gafetti all over back of bathroom doors, bathroom walls cover with dirty hand prints. Also NO warm or hot water to wash your hands!! How clean is that!!! Then you go to Dennys and get served ice with black specks in ice. Salmon Dinner was ok but waitress was too busy in kitchen with others to wait on her customers. Now for the parking lot and sidewalk’s filthy greasy! No excuse when there are power washers. I cleaned up after my dog but trash can by Truck entrance was overflowing. I especially walked inside and told flying J and was told it was Dennys trash!! REALLY!! Then watching truckers pulling In their entrance and see the big 6” drop off hole they gotta go through and then another not so deep hole!! Flying J is going down hill!! MM 307 Cisco,Tx.

There's lots to look at while you wait for a shower. Showers are not the cleanest, but not the dirtiest either. Lots of food and drinks to choose from. I didn't like the French Vanilla Cappuccino.

*Recommend joining the rewards program!*This gas station is very clean and fully stocked throughout the whole store. They have a huge hot food selection (and drink selection) along with a variety of fried pies (cherry, apple, peach, etc). I love that it’s clean, tidy, and divided from the other restroom stalls.My only issue is that the prices were a bit high for me, and from what I’ve seen they do not have prices listed on items. If you like pickles I recommend these ones they are super crunchy and flavorful($2.09)😋

Well, i was curious to see how the there restrooms look like. I rarely use public restrooms while traveling due to cleanliness issues, but this place is different. Clean restrooms, plus they have public showers and laundry area for travellers. They also have so many things to see and buy. There are so many collector items and displays. Food looks delish. Workers were very friendly and hospitable.

Went yesterday 3/31/24 into this Flying J with higher expectations. First off the bathrooms were a mess, there was water all over the floors. There was a lady that informed us that only a couple of stalls had toilet paper. so I had to wait in line longer. Went to wash my hands next only to find out there weren't any paper towels either. I wasn't even planning on writing this review or never that person to but what really set me off was the food quality and price. From the food warmers there I ordered for my family and I, two spicy chicken sandwiches, one chicken fried steak sandwich, one order of waffle fries, one turkey leg, fried pie (which was not even fried nor fresh), custom scent freshies for cars, and the dippin dots from the freezer all for $60.65. Not even upset about the price up until I took my first bite into the spicy sandwich, the tough skin was not removed and doubt washed at that point. I nearly puked, my mom and daughter also had the same issues with their sandwiches and my daughter even found a white hair in it. I have no idea how long they had been sitting in the warmer but it was disgusting and the old taste was there. I decided to try the fried pie next and was not impressed either just soft dough with cream cheese filling and no crisp to it whatsoever. The turkey leg was the only one that tasted better but that was my dad's. I would like to suggest to keep up with the restrooms and the freshness of food as the traffic of people that go by there is quite a bit and not fair to expect something to be good for that price and have to throw it all away.

Decent stop, fair amount of parking,though would be nice if they'd worked on leveling it for better sleep. Also their showers while spacious need ventilation. Even a mildly warm shower makes the room a sauna.

What neat little souvenir shop! I was very interested at the fancy cultural decor, souvenirs and food options. The washrooms were clean but very few and there was a lineup! In terms of decor and souvenir shopping, it’s the best across the country that I’ve been to. They also have a Denny’s to stop and eat, and relax for a bit before you hit the road again! Would love to come by again if ever passing through!

This gas station is huge! They sell all kinds of thing from clothing to souvenirs to fried pies. I was impressed with the variety of things they sell. They had Mexican embroidered hats and Mexican ponchos. They had all kids of snacks and delicious fried pies and chimichangas. They restrooms were very clean as well. We bought a crazy spicy beef jerky with seven of the worlds hottest peppers. ………………. I recommend this gas station.

This place has a little bit of everything. Bathrooms are clean. Large drink selection. Be careful what you pick up if the price is not marked it is usually ridiculously high. Good stop for quick pizza and convenience store food.

Ii love to stop her to get gas and something to eat. I can get all my needs in one stop. The pizza is decent for a convenience type store. I am going to try one of the homemade fried pies on the next trip.

Big truck parking; free! staff not overly friendly. Little to no AC when I was there, so you get a free steam room with each shower. $21 for a 12 pack of Coor's; Not! Laundry room doubles as storeroom so you can barely turn around.

How a rest stop should ! be lots of gift items , nice folks and clean showers and restrooms. And decent fast food options and a sit down restaurant (dennys) of you want that option, comfy lazy boy chairs in the drivers lounge. Will be back again. The pies and meat on the stick are my favs.

I had the fried pies. Apricot and Berry. Great place great staff. Next time I'm getting peach and cherry pies. I'm a bit sad I couldn't stop coming through again. But I do recommend the pies.

We Pay With Cards. We Use Reward Cards. Plastic Everything then you walk into the laundry room and it's QUARTERS only. The machine that "automates" the payment is just a gimmick and thus the 2 stars. Overall spacious and well appointed but i needed laundry and couldn't get that done.

Never seen such an unprofessional team with such a small knowledge of their products . And being offended if you are just being respectfully honest to them . Never ever will I will step in his place... Those people find themselves offended so easily and call the cops on you if you just tell them in a positive criticism way how and what.. they forgot the client is king in any establishment.

Nice convenience store with some warm food of its own to offer, as well as an attached restaurant. Pretty clean bathrooms, and a fair amount of gas pumps to go around.

Went there to do 30 minutes d.o.t.break left phone on the counter was still pairing up on Bluetooth but no one seems to have it when I walked out then Bluetooth all of a sudden got turned off

Very clean. Super friendly employees. Very quick to get you in and out. Very clean place. I definitely recommend stopping here. They also have items to purchase like gift items. There's a little shop inside. It was a good experience.

Poor customer service. The don't price drinks in cooler because of High prices. Shouldn't have to take item to register to get a price. Management wouldn't speak with me and worker where rude. OUTSIDE is a dumpster in the works

Stopped here to use the Tesla superchargers. Bathrooms were clean and there was a nice selection of products to grab for a quick snack on the go. They also had some souvenir type things you could buy if you're interested in that type of thing.

Why are these stores not putting prices on anything anymore? How are we supposed to know if we're being charged correctly? How do we know if it costs too much?Seems like they're hiding the prices, so you don't know when they're stealing from you....Only thieves are so dishonest..

Ok so 3 stars for 1 reason. As for businesses with the pulot or flying j logo goes. The inside is nice well stocked clean cheerful for the most part . I loved all of this . Now for the reason im only leaving 3 stars not 5 . Its privately owned which explains why its 1 of the best logo'd flying j ive bisited as a truck driver. But when i went to check out i was told i could spend my points . But they didnt give points for purchases. Bc theyre privately owned as a cisco travel stop and theyre uniforms say shell on them . I do not know how shell gas and flying j are on the same building but so it is. If you can accept points to take money from a corporation but cant reward them then youve created a 1 sided tqke all system with no incentive to purchase . I just purchesd 300 in fuel i got points. Give and take. But as a privately owned business i have no incentive to purchase anything from inside your store where it actually counts . Good job though really i applaud the owners but you already have a high enough mark up due to convenience. So i put my items back and left . To all owners out there. You are convenient. But at the end of the day you need us. We dont need you. When take advantage purely for profit and dont show the customer they matter youre just bad at business . I will not stop here again even for fuel.

This is one of the coolest places in Texas. The shopping there is fantastic. It's like cowboy Disneyland. I pleasantly got sensory overload.

Nicest truck stop bathroom. It's better than most hotel bathrooms. The pumps work great and the staff is nice. You need to stop here.
