Stopped here in my last walk down food memory lane...used to live the fried chicken salad, but it was not all that I remembered. Seemed smaller, but honey mustard dressing was still amazing. When we arrived, it took forever for our order to be taken. The cashier was cleaning tables, and took forever. My food was NOT FRESH AT ALL bought 5 combos and none had fresh fries, my kids chicken strips where cold and soggy. The fries where thrown in the bag I had to collect them and put them in the cardboard. I told the cashier Marissa my fries where cold and hard not fresh! She said they usually are with an attitude and didn't even care to fix it. As soon as I opened my burgers the lettuce started falling out.. Worst experience I have had in a long time at a fast food place.. DON'T STIP HERE!! GO TO WHATABURGER!! great quality food and exceptional service!

We stopped in for a couple of blizzards while on the road. The food was fine, though they were severely understaffed for lunchtime on a weekend. The girl taking orders was also making the ice cream and delivering food to tables. An older woman in the kitchen kept yelling at her instead of helping her. The girl handled it with grace, despite the obvious stress. The older woman should have shown more professionalism and kindness-- and should have helped instead of yelled.

I’m not usually one to complain considering I work in the fast food business, but there were about 5 workers and 4 cars total. I sat in line for 10 plus minutes just to get to the window. When I got to the window my food had already been taken to two different cars in front of me and my food was cold when I got it. Maybe they were all new but they definitely weren’t getting any help from anyone else.

Delicious as usual at the CISCO DQ...And specials that the Eastland DQ needs to take notes from. Dissapointing to see a franchise commercial on tv. Go to the Eastland Dq and be told. Oh were a Richeson outlet. Yep sign says DAIRY QUEEN!!!! NOT RIGHT. JUST SAYING... Then again the happy hour from 3 to 5. With 1$ nachos and milkshakes is a economical treat. No doubt... worth driving 10 miles.. friendly help with all smiles. 😃

I'm pretty sure my burger had cigarette ash in it. I ended up throwing the burger away because it smelled of ash and that first bite was highly disgusting. They got the fries right though.... so... Yay?The lady working the window was a bit rude but that's whatever.Sonic, which is right across the street, is better and faster

Another no nonsense, no B.S. review."Only telling the truth makes a business better."*The service has become poor at this establishment.*Can get the order correct about 70-75% of the time.Now to the problem that occurred the evening of 10/22/2022.I use the drive thru for the convenience.I have given my order the same way for over 20 years and suddenly some kid, a girl, tells me I'm not giving it correctly?Then repeated the order 3 times? Yes 3, spelled THREE!A male employee came on the intercom and said I had a real attitude problem because I had said, and trying to be polite, that if they would listen to the customer and not interrupt they would hear the entire order. After I said goodnight and began driving away when I heard what sounded like the male raising his voice on the intercom, seconds later a noise, like a metal door opening quickly possibly from this establishment. I really hope that it was not the male employee with intentions of confortation.The real problem is the owner, manager and his wife, poor training and the employees that had done great work became tired of being mistreated and left.

Jordan is an absolute sweetheart. He deserves a raise and all the best of the best! Every time he is so polite and genuine. My husband and I came tonight right before closing (like terrible people) but he was still so kind even after a long shift, you can tell he is a great worker and person to have on your team 🙏

Ordered a burger and it had over half the tub of mayo on it. Just through it out the window to the birds. Fries was stale. The chicken strips were dry and hard couldn't even eat them. Only good thing was the drinks.

Be sure to check your order before leaving the window. These people will charge you for anything extra and mysteriously forget to add it to your order. In my case I ordered extra gravy then drove 23 miles home to find out no extra gravy. I called and was told come back and they would refund me the 69 cents. I’ll never stop at that DQ again

We decided to try the tacos and then the new drumstick blizzard. We were both pleasantly surprised with the tacos and the packets of taco sauce! The shells were nice and crisp. There was hardly any grease from the meat. Why did they wait so long to come out with the drumstick blizzard lol? Mighty tasty! The customer service was awesome along with the cleanliness of the entire establishment! The only thing I saw that needs improvement was the handicap toilet seat is loose in the women's restroom. That needs to be tightened cause the last thing a handicapped person needs is to feel unstable when sitting down.

Prompt, curteous service, and the food was good. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was that an employee was cleaning the drink machine and I had to ask her if we could get ice, even though we'd been standing there waiting for a little while. Also, they weren't all that busy, but some of the tables needed to be wiped off, and there were no napkins at the table where we sat. We picked that table because it was clean.

I don't mind when an order is wrong. I'm polite when I take it back and ask for it to be corrected. It's when the new meal comes out and I don't discover until I'm home again, that half the items are missing from the meal - that's when I have an issue. I'm not driving back into town twice for a $7 drive through meal to be corrected - again. 😞 This is sad. I've been stopping there at least twice a week for a few months now. I'll be waiting awhile before going back.

Nice little spot. Driving through Texas proved to be not only long and tiring but with so much desert surrounding you finding a clean and cool place to stop in the middle of nowhere was a real treat for us. Not to mention a great rest stop and opportunity to pick up a couple chocolate covered vanilla icecream cones (for less than $5) now that's amazing!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Its unfortunate getting ALL the way home and having half of what you paid for in the bag. The order is made wrong and I paid extra for toppings I didnt recieve. Not only is it a 20 minute drive back, it would be a waste of time to get the same below par service. It's a direct reflection of the Management who hires incompetent employees. This is the 4th time in a row I've wasted money AND got taken advantage of by getting jipped. Pathetic.
