I have been at the Cisco travel center for two and half days and I'm in the driver's lounge watching TV and when the owner of this location leaves he terns the TV off in the lounge you can't watch nothing at all for all the money we truck driver spend here buying fuel stacks, food and etc and you as the owner of this business you fel its OK to to trun the TV off when you leave because it's in your name so what that is telling me is you don't give a dam about truck drivers and we the one's that bring product to your business so you can have a business that's how I feel I'm here until in the morning but I will be telling my truck drivers group I'm in on Facebook not to stop at travel center cause the owner doesn't give a dam about truck drivers.

Good stop on 20. Large facility with plenty of car and truck fueling lanes. Busy spot...a line to check out and it was a little chaotic inside but not unruly. Couldn't use the Shell Mobil app to get gas which was disappointing. The Shell app doesn't show this location on its map. Can't use your Shell card inside but they take all the usual payment methods.

It was one of my favorite places to stop until I saw this today. Being a Flying J this is bs. Only free parking if you buy fuel.

Nice Flying J, privately owned, polite staff, usually a good amount of parking at any hour, 1am right now and I can see at least 20 open spots down the hill, has nice clean showers, and a nice souvenir shop. Pay to park was removed back in late December or early January, so it is back to FREE parking..

This truck stop caters to 4-wheelers not truckers! The facility is clean, but they are set up for the 4-wheelers. The restaurant was a bad experience, we ordered medium rare steaks and waited almost an hour to get our food, 1 steak was cooked medium, the other one was well done, when we told the waitress, the manager offered to give us a 10% discount off the steak but since we had a 20% discount for the whole ticket she refused to do anything about the steak! We were stuck @ the truck stop due to the holiday weekend. The food this morning was good, however the cooking staff of the restaurant is extremely slow! We will stay again if we have to but will try to find s different one - very disappointed for a new truck stop!!

Pretty much every time I walk in the store it is very clean there's a Nice friendly Staff. I always stop by this location because they have the best pizza out of any flying j or pilot there's just so much cheese on this pizza The store is really neat also.

Don't see why other drivers complain. It's like any other truck stop. Not bad, but not the greatest. Only downside is no pull through parking. Unusual for a Flying J, and backing doubles up isn't fun.

Great pizza taste , friendly staff with warm smile and great service and big variety gifts and souvenirs.Not to mention the generous meals at Dennis, awesome all time.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

BEST STAFF(TEAM) IN THE COUNTRY!! Im coast to coast. Everybody is on their game, even when they are carrying on a conversation. Never waited or felt ignored! Wish all flying J's were trained by these guys!! Very clean, friendly, and professional!! Only negative....i cant take them with me! Look forward to stopping here again! You guys rock! My new favorite Flying J.

I was washing my hands and coffee mug out in the men's restroom when the young kid that works at the counter came in to use the bathroom. After he exited the stall he walked right past the sink and I followed him and watched as he resumed work behind the counter. Guess he was too busy listening to music through the ear buds he wears while working. I'm glad I didn't get ANYTHING food or drink wise from here.

Very clean, with great pies and an outstanding selection of gourmet sodas in a clean facility. Massive truck parking lot; well spaced and easy to maneuver in. Only bad thing is they don't have WiFi

Driver here. It's a fake flying j. No shower boards and can't use the app to order up ashower. Most showers out of order. Clerk tells me there was a shower open, then when I gave her my card she told me I was on the waiting list. PFJ really needs to get rid of these fakes.

I stop there five days a week between 1:00 am and 2:00 am. I must say, they have the worst coffee (another driver said the same to me and wasn't going to drink their coffee), And maybe they never change the filter during those hours. Actually, I've never seen them changing the coffee filter in that store. Other places I go to, I always see them changing the filters. They're probably too lazy (the girl with the tattoos gives me the impression, she's usually just sitting in the office or having a cigarette outside) or else they don't give a damn. Now, the other thing, many times, there is no regular coffee. Even after I pointed that out to them, it was like they didn't care. I have many times just driven across the street only to get decent coffee. I must say, however, the other manager was really cool, and so is some of the young kids working there.

THIS IS THE BEST AND THE CLEANEST PLACE TO STOP FOR GAS ,FOOD,CLEAN RESTROOMS, DOG PARK ,AND THE BEST STAFF AND SERVICE ON INTERSTATE 20. I LOVE THE FRIED PIE, PIZZA AND THE DELLI.

My favorite stop in Cisco, LOVE THE FRIED PIES! Has a great selection of products. My favorite are the purses, shoes and belts! They carry Montana West and American Bling!!!

Shower had mostly cold water coming out of the hot water sideHalf of the fuel pumps in the morning did not have fuel and instead of marking off that with yellow tape an orange cone or a trash can trucks are pulling in and backing out because they only put a yellow plastic bag over the handleWhen asked why not put a trash can or something to block the fuel pump I was told they just move them out of the wayNot a good answerIt made a dangerous situation out near the fuel island because people were pulling in seeing it at the last minute trucks in front of them so they're backing out and by the way I was one of them

We stop here almost every time we travel this way. Clean restrooms, large parking lot though is busy most of the time.
