This motel is exactly what you would expect on a roadside stay. It looks like they have made some improvements like the removal of carpets for vinyl flooring and fresh paint on the walls, but the linens, the bed and couch in the room need to be updated. The bathroom sink was in good condition, but the bathroom was completely unusable. The shower head sprayed water everywhere and thankfully I just stayed the night so it was ok. One main issue that I had is that the attendant didn’t want to honor the Expedia rate/reservation I made and instead tried to charge me a higher rate. They finally conceded, but instead of getting a bedroom with two queen beds I had to take a room with one king size bed.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed!!! And I am not picky. I generally stay in $15 hostels when traveling. I am all about the cheap road trip hotels just for the bed and shower. But this place was another level of disgusting.Walking in to the room the first thing we see is a pile of squished old grapes next to the bed and bedside table that no one has cleaned for who knows how long. The shower leaked all over the floor we had to lay towels all over the place!It stank so bad I used body spray all over the room to help it smell better.No service, couldn’t complain to anyone about the situation because staff didn’t speak almost any English just the bare minimum.Feral cats and trash all over the place.Heater turned off after 10 mins and would not turn back on.Can barely squeeze past the bathroom door to get in the shower.I can’t speak for all the rooms but I’d say they’re all the same.This place is a literal joke.Sheets and carpet are covered in stains. My husband and I slept fully clothed because of how unclean and grossed out we felt.

Got stuck here during a 3 day freeze they were beyond nice. Rooms are dated but mine was very clean. They allow pets. Recommend for a decent cheap motel.

I suggest that u pay day for day if not you won't get a refund for the days not used if u leave early. Daughter and son in law rented a 2 bed and was told not to mess up 2nd bed. What the hell if I pay that price imma use everything at my disposal

Was a clean room, nice bed, price was very good. Lots of hot water. Nice person at the desk. Room has a small refrigerator and microwave. Only bad thing is the tub is slippery when taking a shower.

I came here this week to visit my mother for her birthday and since A. I've stayed here before and I've had good experiences and B. My grandmother used to work here, I thought I'd give it one more try.First of all, I had to talk to the desk clerk through the window and he talked so fast, I couldn't understand him and he got agitated when I asked him to repeat himself. Also, the noise from the interstate didn't help.When I got checked in, the rude clerk gave hand signals and pointed to the room as if to say "go away!!!!"The key didn't work very well and I had to fiddle with it for a while to get the door open, the room smelled musty, the internet goes in and out, the phone doesn't work, the light above the sink flickers.I went to the grocery store and bought some Glade scented spray, which I left as a gift with a note telling them to do better at deodorizing their rooms. I won't stay here again.

HORRIBLE! I'm a woman traveling with my dogs. My truck wheel bearing went so I HAD to stay here. I was charged $95! Put my truck in the shop early next morning. I have to stay a little past 11 am due to circumstances. He's charging me ANOTHER $40!!!! Room is dirty and old.... hotel is empty. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

It was a good value, 2 queen beds for $50 is not bad, and the room wasn't bad either. It was just sketchy. We were the only car in the parking lot until late at night. That's the only reason it wasn't 5 stars.

As a old hotel and inexpensive stay right off the freeway. Was okay. Needs to be updated, rooms need to be painted. But as a 1 nighter stay, it was okay. Plus you are able to bring your pets. With a small fee of $10. Per pet

A little plain, and a few minor upkeep items but cheap, convenient and clean.I will say it had a fridge with a freezer unit in our room, which does exceed my expectations after spending $90 for the same basic room for the 3 nights prior to my stay here. I would have given a 5th star except for one very major thing. Checkout is 11am., the manager knew we were broke down and were a long way from home. That said, I didn't think twice about him going around getting sheets, etc from rooms at 10 am, what I did mind very much was the fact that at the very moment he knocks and announces "housekeeping", he is already in the doorway with it wide open. Luckily , I was already dressed and packing, still, I found this very intrusive and unprofessional as well as a bit intimidating and a little sketchy. Although I was past ready to get home after traveling here and there for the 2 weeks prior to this day, I have to just say I was relieved we weren't going to need to stay another night. Had it not been for that, it was a nice quiet clean value room.

Horrible service, don't change the sheets after a week of staying here, complained that we used their hand towels to clean our hands with, also kept trying to Jack the prices up every time we go to get a room before coming back down to already agreed upon price. Overall horrible place to rest your head.

I was traveling from California to Alabama. I was on day 2 of my trip and the temperature dropped down to 28 degrees. After driving all night I was rode weary and needed a place for me and my 7 year old to get some rest. Cisco Inn was clean and very cost effective. I didn’t expect luxury from it but was pleasantly surprised at how clean and big the room was. I was able to rest for the day and safety finish the last day of my trip after a good day/ night of rest

It is clean(ish) and cheap. It is a good place to stop and sleep. No breakfast! Vending machines are inside the lobby and lobby closes at night so you have to go to a convenience store nearby to get drinks or food. I recommend the Flying J just up the road a bit, great fried pies.

It just got under new management, so it won't look beautiful, but the inside is pretty great. They also have a nice garden. And it has 2 beds in the room I stayed in, along with a big tv. Yes it has Wi-Fi.

Very nice desk clerk. Soft bed, cold a/c. No breakfast but may have available in a couple of weeks. Clean room, highly lit parking, quiet and quaint.

Well for starters the room looked clean so thats good. They have actual keys For the rooms which is cool. For 55 bucks, not too bad at all!
