Nice people, but, I drove to this location because they told me they had a 100 amp two pole Eaton CH breaker in stock, turns out the only had the Eaton BR 100 amp in stock. Gentleman was determined to convince me because it was Eaton brand it was CH... Even the Eaton website explains BR and CH are not the same. Nice people but gentleman helping me didn't know what he was talking about and I made the drive to this location and wasted gas based on his lack of knowledge on breakers.

Understaffed and/or undertrained. I had to wait 15 minutes to checkout even though I was the only person in line. The individual running the register was filling in at lunch and had trouble printing a receipt. The second register was not manned. You would have thought he would have at least said “sorry for the long wait”.

I drive a truck and had to do a restart here in Cisco been needing some form nails and chock blocks didn't have any way to cut them the fine people here went way out of there way to help me by cutting the blocks and making sure I had everything I needed and at very fare price. Thank you so very much
