I took my wife to the pharmacy 3 times today to pick up scripts. Each time my wife went in she had been texted that they were ready. She stood in line the third time and waited until they were filled. A customer turned to my wife as they were printing out a printout for income tax purposes and she said she had switched her prescriptions to Walmart.

When inside to get dog food And Some food Made it up to the front found out that my dog food was ripped open cashier was really nice and wanted to go get another bag for me I told them don't worry about it it was just a little rip but if I could get some tape He called for manager and The manager never came up to the front another cashier who was very sweet went in the found me some Tape The cashiers do their job and take care of their customer management Is on the other hand need some Work This isn't the 1st time the manager Made a customer weight for a extended period of time

Overall it's aPerfect local grocery store outstanding service and clean.One thing I wish they would work on it is more cashiers at certain times of the dayI've seen up to 18 ppl in line and only one cashier.So I walk around the store to try to find someone I normally do they are stocking they're busy,But it's the duty of a manager or the cashier to call someone to help.Multiple people have had the conversations with me.I go almost everyday.Overall keep up...

Good selection. Not too crowded. Sometimes they take your groceries to your car, sometimes they don't. Sometimes the checkout lines are a little too long

Not impressed with my experience. Bought raspberries that were covered in mold and they expected me to wait an hour to exchange them. Left the cashier with my receipt and molded raspberries.

Weekend getaway to Cisco, stopped at Brookshire to get grocery. Ms.Lisa was amazing. She was friendly and welcoming. She even walked us out with our groceries and gave us some good conversation. Tanner was our cashier and I loved the interaction/communication between the two of them. This was my 1st time visiting a Brookshire Brothers. I would visit again just to see Ms. Lisa.

At long last they are updating our grocery store! They've brought in new checkout stations that are much easier to navigate, and they've rearranged the store to reflect modern shopping patterns. The selection is somewhat limited because a) this is a very small town, and b) the store is small. That said, they have been bringing in new products for a while and selection is getting better. The aisles seem wider as well. Overall it's a good small town grocery.

Not a bad place. Best meat prices around only complaint is you can only get two cans of veggies because of covid. Not a big deal just buy canned veggies else where. Or buy frozen veggies with no limit. If I could buy more canned veggies would definitely be 5 star but I get it

Cisco is my hometown. I went to school and church in Cisco. I was really surprised when I went to Brookshires and they obviously do not care about their handicap or elderly citizens because, the button that rings the butcher is located a good 5ft off the ground. It is difficult for anyone in a scooter or wheelchair to easily go from isle to isle. They had Family size hamburger meat on special and didn't have it on the floor. We had to make 2 trips just to get hamburger meat. It is also odd to me that they can't seem to get one curbside pick up correct. I give them one star.

Love shopping here. Friendly, helpful service. . Greeted with a smile & positive attitudes. GExcellent produce Store is well stocked & they have many products our local Walmart doesn’t carry. Prices are a little high but nice for those of us that don't want to drive to Walmart.

Excellent prices and they always have the buy one get one for a penny sale. Also, my kids love the shopping carts for kids. They always have a blast and don't get bored while shopping. Overall a great place with super friendly staff.

I was traveling. Just passing thru. But wanted to buy meat (ribs) but i went during the holidays. Not much variety because everything was pretty much bought before that day. Nice staff!

Good gas prices. The restrooms are inside the store, but that gives you a chance to get groceries. Their bakery is excellent. Great chocolate chip cookies 😋

Great product, quick service, awesome pharmacy. I will say tho, the pharmacy screws up ALOT here. They accidentally gave me 60 refills instead of 3 because they misread the bottle! Luckily it was just baby powder and was a mistake easily fixed. Also, Jane/Jan is very nosy about what I buy and seems to judge my decisions on what I feed my baby, which is not appreciated. That’s why I give 3 stars.

I am in my 70's and today was my second time in a short time that I had to take out my own groceries. I had several can goods that made the sacks heavy. If I want to take out and load groceries in my car, I need to drive to Walmart.
