So the diesel pumps are not maintained. No glass cleaner, no paper towels, and the concrete is filthy. The little girl at the counter has an attitude and projects her frustration (headshaking, mumbling) if her customers do not perform to her expectations. At least the bathroom was clean and didn't smell like sewer, like many Allsup's (Yesway) I go in to. This particular Allsup's had a long squeegee for truck windshields (1) but most of them don't. A clean windshield is important to truckers and Allsup's should provide long squeegees with sufficient amounts of glass cleaner.

Good customer service the pumps are not very good the first pump I went too didn’t work right the second was slow 2 gallons in 3 minutes. If I didn’t need the fuel I wouldn’t have waited 25 minutes to get a couple of gallons of fuel. This is not very good for business with people with have live stock. Get the pumps fixed.

We are a trucking company working on new years We called to ask what the diesel price was and the clerk told my driver I can't tell you and hung up. I called back and asked if my driver misunderstood and she rudely told me she can't give that information and said we are busy she put the phone down and continued to help the customers in store then she picked up the phone and and took time to agrue with me instead of just telling me the price we are going to spend serial hundreds of dollars to fill up and she can't be nice I asked for a mrg she refused I said I would address it when I get there. There is no need for disrespect. I am tired of the disrespect from business how do you think you stay in business from your customers.

Faulty pumps. Auto shut off does not work.Super super rude staff. The lady working there is super unprofessional and threw my card at me and cussed me out. I will be filing a complaint to the owner. The lady yelled “the pump is overflowing AGAIN”Meaning this is an ongoing issue that they are aware of. Get your pumps fixed.

I went to allsups after work and a woman was working. She was very snappy and wasn't very compliant while she had headphones in. I asked her for spicy chicken and she couldn't hear me 3 times. I'm guessing she was listening to creed or some type of trash rock and roll. She seemed like she hated her life and job and also people. I told her I didn't like her attitude and left. Melissa you are garbage

As a courtesy to “Big Rigs” that purchase diesel from Allsups, All truck stops allow free ice/hot water as long as you provide your own cup all across America but “YOU”... I was approached by employee at this store, I told her I just got ice for my own cup and was told “that will be .22 cents” so I politely dumped her ice out of my cup..Will not be purchasing my 400 plus gallons at any Allsups chain. We drivers provide goods to all these retail chains and without us you would have no product much less a store or employees..Our jobs are not easy but a cup of ice or hot water really makes our day...

The appearance of the store was ok and convenient to the Interstate but the cashier was rather impatient and acted as if my friends granddaughter was holding her up from something more important than her job of customer service

Easy access, but dirty and broken bathrooms, Melissa is rude, Larry is creepy, the rest of the girls don’t talk to you. I only go at night when one of the graveyard boys is there. I used to like this place but they’ve gone downhill in the last few years

Dirty, dilapidated, poorly maintained. I honestly don't know how this chain ever got to be this big. Pumps constantly do not work or do not have receipt paper in them. Slow Antiquated credit card machines check out takes too much time
