I take my Australian Shepherd, Olivia, here to be desheded and groomed every 5 weeks or so. Ana and the whole team are very experienced in what they do and it shows in the quality of the groom! The facility is also very clean. I'm never disappointed with it and will continue to bring Olivia back here!

We had gone to 3 different grooming companies before and weren’t pleased at all. Ana at The Grooming Coop was so patient with our sweet Maltipoo, Maggie and groomed her just how we wanted! Ana even let me stay for the grooming appointment to make sure Maggie was comfortable. We have gone to The Grooming Coop for 4 years now! Highly recommend Ana! She is so great at what she does! We’re so happy we have found our forever groomer!

I’ve been taking my German shepherd here for 9 months now, at first she would bite, kick, scream, you name it. Now she’s super calm and it’s helped me so much. I love the updates and cute photos.

Super disappointed in our pet grooming today. Took in my Mini Schnauzer for a cut etc. price went up tremendously because of a “dematting fee” his body is shaved completely bald. Sorry, but either u dematt them or shave them. Not both! They ended up removing $15.00. Ended up costing 130.00 which would be fine if he was cut correctly. Anyway, stay away from here. Total RIP OFF! Here’s a pic of his expensive haircut.

The Grooming Coop always takes great care of my fur baby. He always runs to Ana when I drop him. I appreciate the communication they do with everything. Even when they are closed, someone will respond via text and assist you. Thank you for always doing a wonderful job and taking care of RockO when he's in your care.

Ana is the only one we trust with our Labrador and ALD to. We started our ALD with puppy sessions as soon as we got her; Ana and her staff are phenomenal at working with animals and it shows…our ALD enjoys her monthly visits, wags her tail and gives kisses when we arrive, always comes out looking like a teddy bear (which we love) and our full of energy working Labrador gets her nails done…they are so loving of our fur babies and we are so grateful they are local in Cibolo!

Seriously, I highly recommend them. My dog (an anxious adoption) has been there 3 times and I can say that each look has been a winner. I know she's a tough groom and yet she's grow dramatically more comfortable to both them, and my own home bathes/brushing. I also add on the lavender relaxation package and she really is very calm when I pick her up. The hours work so well for my messy schedule, and the pricing is exactly what it should be for the quality service you get. Also, I do recommend the premium products package if you have a dog that sleeps on your face. She feels like silk and I want her to be soft if she's going to suffocate me.

I initially set and appointment to view the facility and asked all my questions. I was met with friendly assured groomers and staff with a quick tour. I took my dog based on that impression and I'm over the moon happy. Cut was perfect, detailed and even. Pictures were sent to me (3) throughout the process. My dog seemed happy and not scared, that to me also makes all the difference.

I recently moved to the area and had to find a new groomer. My doodle is typically very nervous with groomers - and having taken a hiatus due the pandemic he's even worse now. When I picked up my doodle, I could tell all went well because he wasn't ready to leave. His tail was wagging and he wanted to go say hello to Ana again and sniff around the house. Ana also leaves the curtains at her grooming station open so clients can observe the process. She was so encouraging and patient with my doodle. She also did an excellent job addressing the matting around my doodle's paws, face, and tail. I was very pleased with the groom and will be back!

I’m terribly confused as to why this place has 5 stars? All of their posts on Facebook are stock photos, and their actual “groomed” photos lack a hair brush. Professional grooming out of a family bathtub and unprofessional social medias? Sure. That’s trustworthy of 5 stars…
