I took both my pups as walk-in nail trims and we were treated very well! Thommy was very gentle with both my boys. They came in a little anxious and she greeted them and made them feel comfortable prior to taking them back. When they were all set, and returned their nails looked great and they came back tail wagging and excited. Thommy and all the groomers are amazing. Every time we go in for Grooming appointments or nail walk-ins, the staff is exceptionally welcoming!

Huh - all these great reviews for Kat. I don't get it. Today took 3 hours to bathe my small dog and her excuse was she was in the restroom. I guess she didn't think I heard her the first time because she repeated it twice more. I mean - we all deserve a restroom break, but if you're in the restroom for an hour, time to go home sick and take care of yourself. Today was my first Kat experience and she was over the top rude, snappy, snotty and very stressed out. After we exchanged words, I watched her yank my dog around on the table out of frustration. No Thanks - plenty of really good groomers in this town. The manager of the store was a total joker as well. He made a terrible attempt to quote ADA laws. Pssssht buddy- go try that on someone else. Stay out of the back room, would ya, and help your poor overworked staff out.

Mrs. Kat, the groomer does an excellent job with our little pup. We truly appreciate all her work. She is also a great customer service rep. We feel she knows us and we are always happy with her service.

First time was 5 stars for Adonis, Black Lab has been shedding a lot. Since getting him home, hardly any shedding. Not sure if a specific brush or shampoo is the reason, but he looks and feels great. Thanks to his groomer..Second Time: Paid extra for the Furminator treatment, but have more shedding than before treatment. Same day, I brushed out a ton of hair and second day I removed as much as the first day??Will not purchase this again and may consider another grooming service.

Keith was very sweet, he made sure I was aware of their policies(given my dog is over 10) it made me feel like she was in great hands. Her cut was great, she smells amazing, and she looks happier than ever. Thank you Keith!

Chico was scheduled with the manager Becca, but was groomed by Kat who did a terrible job, horrible! It's obvious that she is new to grooming so I'm not sure why a more experienced groomer wasn't there to help her or why the manager didn't check her work before my dog was handed back to me looking like a toddler got a hold of scissor and cut the dog hair. Very unacceptable.

0.. I ask that my dog Royce a standard poodle be groomed no less then a 4.. I picked him up and he was shaved to a 1 and some areas were bald. They said he had some mats in his so that’s why it was so short.They left the top of his hair long.. when I went to brush him he had mats in his fur. That didn’t even try to brush him before shaving him. It took us 5 months to get his hair to the length we wanted and they ruined it in 1 visit. He looks terrible, I was refunded my $108 which was very expensive.. I would NEVER GO BACK.. you should train your employees on grooming poodle. I’m so upset I can’t believe what they did to him.

Great service: I took two dogs and there cuts were exactly what I was looking for. It was obvious the person knew what she was doing so that made me feel confident in her and Petco. The service was extremely professional and polite.

Several areas of the package I purchased were missed. First his hair is very uneven and patchy. They missed having his Nails trimmed and filed. I took him back after I noticed and they trimmed them however, still didnt file them. I'm very upset that I didnt get at minimum what I paid for.

I was expecting the fee to be around $60.00 for the 2 small dogs, however, I was charged $113.00. I feel that I should have been called if it was going to be that much. That is almost double what I expected.
