Second time visiting and just as the first time awesome service! . This time I used the self service wash for my pup, I love that they have that option. I can use their products, towels and dryer instead of trying to bath at my home. Friendly / knowledgeable staff! Will be a returning customer!

I’ve been taking my small pups here for at least 2-3 years and for a reason! They respect and love the animals they take care of and grooming always turns out great! I get nails grinded for my chiweenie and wash/trim/nails for my terrier mix.

I took my Shih Tzu poodle Ziggy today and he did so well with everyone there. They were very sweet. I felt very comfortable and they did an amazing job because he look like a hot mess prior. Lol. Will definitely be going back.

I have always taken my pups, which have been a few over the years, since 2011. The service has always been A+, the owners are super nice & the staff friendly. My “baby” has always been treated with the utmost care. I highly recommend them rather you’re washing your pet yourself, just having their nails trimmed or taking advantage of their full grooming experience, you will be happy with the love & care they give.

Came in with my two dogs Nox (doberman 6mnth pup) & loki my American Bully XL (2yr). Overall yes wash wise good job they dont smell “which is to be expected”. However Nox my doberman pup they ‘forgot’ to so her nails & tried to do them while i was in there but she was to stressed + i had loki waiting in my Truck. Again this was my dobbermans 1st groom so didnt expect a whole lot. For loki his nails were done but they were real sloppy & petco does a better job in my opinion. Dogs were not spritz or given a ‘lucky doggo bandana’. Cost told over phone was 160$ total both dogs ended up at cashier to 197$ & with tip 226$ (i tip no matter the situation) unless dogs are injured. For 200$ dogs should be lookin emaculate. Good thing is dogs look well taken care of and basic wash wise was good. Your better off though for the money staying home doing it yourself or going to petco.

What a great place to bring your fur babies!! We used the self serve wash for our 107lb German shepherd. Everything was clean and organized. Staff was so friendly, sweet, and helpful. She even gave my son crayons and a coloring page to occupy him while we washed our big boy. Thank you so much, we will definitely recommend and come back!!

This is by far the best grooming place I’ve taken my fur baby to. My shih tzu was at the vet regularly due to really bad skin issues for several years now, and I’ve bought every shampoo you can think of hoping it would alleviate the issues. The staff told me about a shampoo they use called Silvet, which I purchased. Oh my goodness, the results have been amazing! My fur baby’s skin is looking so much better now. She had lost hair in some areas but its even growing back! Such friendly and caring staff. Highly recommend this place!!

I’ve used them for a while. yesterday my dog waited for three hours and was groomed in 30 minutes in a rush. Now I have to take him to the vet for they did to his tail and butt. Beware

I've been coming here for years, Great place, super nice staff. My dog comes in matted some times and they will call and ask permission to fully shave him other then just shaving him without asking. And they do a great job with his hair. Mini poodle.

Mandy from Rubber Doggies was an angel today. She helped me look for my phone which I dropped when I was walking my dog accross the parking lot. I truly appreciate it. Lilah looked so great and they listened to me when I mentioned that our dog is prone to ear infections so they put cotton in her ears while they were bathing her. 💓Deshed appointment for my shiba inu.

Brought my 1.5 yr Golden Retriever for the first time here! It was my dogs first time ever getting groomed! I was very happy on how comfortable he was with the groomers as soon as we got there! I dropped him off at 11:30am and he was ready at 4:15pm. They did the works for him and I added the deshedding service. They wash 3x!!! How awesome is that!? He looked so amazing when I picked him up and you could tell he was happy and comfortable with everyone there! Made me feel so much better and trusting towards the people there! Come on over and bring your dog over!

Well let’s start from the beginning, when we first brought my 6 month old puppy Trixie into rubber doggies I was very excited for my experience being that it is so close to our vet. When bringing her in I was greeted very nicely I will say the staff was friendly and very informative about what exactly would be done to Trixie. Mind you this is at 10:15 am, before i leave they inform me it may take up to 4 hours for the haircut due to a bigger dog that had just came in with heavy matting in the fur I was understanding and said that would be no problem. It comes around 4:40 and she is just finishing up more than 6 hours later but i was fine with it i still tipped about 30% and left home with Trixie. She is very confined dog and doesn’t go outside to many new places so after our grooming she started acting funny first little diarrhea then she’s throwing up uncontrollably and we take her to the emergency vet to find out she has parvo. Now being that she had not been anywhere else she hadn’t already been before rubber doggies we believe she did in fact get this disease from the groomers. That being said we will not be continuing our services here and don’t recommend anyone else to do so either.
