Very clean, very friendly travel stop with bathrooms right at the front door and lots of options including outdoor areas for pet stops and an Arby's drive thru and walk up. Highly recommended.

Well run Pilot! We pass through here a couple times a year and have been pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and stocked bathrooms! Store itself was clean and staff was welcoming!The 4 star was for the coffee counter needing wiped down/cleaned...Check out was expedient and gas pump area had buckets of windshield cleaner!! Well done Childress Pilot!!!

That pilot travel center is really had a good location right n it’s right on the road. You will get A good size parking lot and super clean classrooms. Laundry and driver Lodge. For food they have a pizza and Arby’s addition to that Walmart is right next to the gas station and across the street they have Taco Bell and other good stuff if you try to stay a night

One of the best Pilot travel centers I've visited twice now on the road while truck driving. Always clean, mostly everyone is friendly. Safer than most communities and there's a man named Donald in there. Say hello to him, he's the kindest soul I've met, lucky if you do. Ask him for some oatmeal for breakfast, he's glad to serve up some. Made my whole day better, God Bless America !

Stopped at this pilot for gas and restroom. It was very clean with a large clean bathroom. Very ample selection of snacks, foods, and beverages.

Interesting set up for semi’s and diesel trucks. The pumps and parking are all in the back but have a separate entrance down the main road and easy to miss.Whole place smells amazing because of Cinnabon. Had hot foods like soups, self checkout(!), clean bathrooms and a big section of random things you might need on the road.

Stop at store 1003 and needed a old receipt and they were more than friendly and helpful to me. We laughed and had a few good word as they helped me. I stop at this location every chance i get to get this good nice service from people like they have here. Thanks store 1003

Convenient location walking distance to Walmart, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, United. The staff is friendly but they have the dirtiest coffee station ever. As busy as they are you’d think they’d do better.

Absolute most-thoughtfully designed bathroom, private stalls, proper bin and heavy-duty hook placements, warm water in sinks, and clean! Probably one of the best public bathrooms I've ever used. Plus, the store is permeated with the smell of the Cinnabon, which also makes the restroom more pleasant.

Newer store that looked clean and well stocked. Everyone I interacted with inside was very friendly.Double row on back of the fuel island has extremely tight parking. 11:30 pm and a few spots open but no one has been able to get into them. Not a lot of room to maneuver.

This was just a quick trip and a quick stop that's what made it so convenient to be able to be in and out kind of a different location being right smack in the middle of Boise Oklahoma but still the staff were so kind to my wife while she picked out a present for my daughter nice and clean place very hospitable an inexpensive the same item that we see right here on my pictures cost at $30 in another location thanks for saving the Working Man some money guys I appreciate that

Ordered a whole pizza this morning . The crust was extremely dry with 8 pieces of pepperoni and no garlic butter. I returned to the store and told the manager "STACEY", She was so rude! STACEY tells me that I needed to bring in the 6 hours old pizza because my receipt isn't enough.I explained, Im not in here for anything free or a refund of my money ,I just wanted a correctly made pizza! I ended up paying for a whole new pizza that was made correctly. SAD I KNOW. If only I was at a LOVES.2ND. A truck driver calls inside to let them know that the air pumps aren't working at the fuel bays. A young lady answers back to him with her apologies of the inconvenience. MANAGER "STACEY" tell her "You don't have to apologize to THEM. If THEY wouldn't break the air hoses ,we'd leave the compressors on." Very unprofessional STACEYI told the young lady that apologized thank you, because sometimes the air hoses are already broken or malfunctioning before us truckers or (as manager STACEY REFERS TO US AS THEM) make it to the fuel islands..WONT BE STOPPING HERE AGAIN.

It's not a bad truck stop, but Pilot/Flying J now charges $18 to shower if you don't get fuel. At this rate of inflation, it will soon be cheaper to rent a hotel room. 🙄

Really nice store with friendly staff. Recently added self check out registers. Store has Cinnebon, Arby's, and an in store diner separate from Arby's.

12-8-22 This is one of the nicer Pilots. They have a Cinnabon, Arby's, and PJ fresh. The bathrooms are clean. The store is fully stocked with the aisles being clutter free. Good job 👍

I stopped on 10/22/21. Showers were clean. Food selection was great, usually I get ch wings and when request some side dipping sauce the crew were pleased in everything. I'm coming back to this place. Drivers use Madison Street to get there coming back

Stay away very rude people facility was halfway clean, but the three managers Stacy, Becky and Destiny were all very rude to me and told me that my cash app had a fraud issue on it. My wife went in tried her separate Cash app and was told the same thing called Cash App found out System was down at pilot, then called back and was hung up on by the manager.
