So far great! They were thorough in all questions and facts. Very clean. They know pets well. Our boy did good. They were gentle with our 6 month old. I feel very comfortable with BlooMoon. They came highly recommended by a vetinerian.

We couldn’t get into our regular groomer, so we tried these guys. The reviews were great.We dropped our 10month old 7lbs pup off to get groomed at 0800, said should be dome by noon, no call, we try to call but closed for lunch from 1200-1400. Still no call tried again, answering machine. So 1530 and we just show up, they were surprised to see my husband, and also said yeah she was done this morning. He gets her and brings her to the car, NOT OUR USUAL PERKY SILLY LOVABLE PUP. She was scared, not herself, very timid and tired. It was almost as she was sedated and they didn’t call us because they wanted whatever to wear off. I have worked dog rescue many years and done temperament test on shelter dogs. So I am not, just say this without any knowledge. Even when we got home she just wanted to sleep, not eat and just not herself. Yes she has been groomed 3 other times and not one complaint, always she was so sweet and a good girl, and always her perky puppy self. The next morning she was back to normal.So I would not recommend this place, I can only imagine what they do when boarding. BEWARE.

I love bringing my 5 doggos there. Bloomoon makes my big lab (Diesel) who is always nervous about going anywhere, very comfortable and calm. They feed them what you want them to. The service there is incredible. They are always helpful and just great to talk to. They also sell very good quality toys.

The prices are very reasonable and fair. They explain everything in great detail of the services and very knowledgeable in their business. Will show you where your pet will be staying also. I will definitely be using it again. If you love your pet, this is the place to bring it.

They took great care of my daughter's Great Dane while we were on vacation for 15 days. They have a nice little shop at the front where they sell treats and shirts. Highly recommended!

We love Bloomoon for our boys! They are safe, and well cared for. We recently boarded there, and had my 10 month old pup work with Elizabeth on some basic training. In just 2 weeks- she made a world of difference! The most important aspect was working on recall as our Dante would dart out the door and run when there was an opportunity. Yesterday, he snuck out and actually came running back when recalled! We will definitely have him take more classes with Elizabeth!

Very caring employees and owners; Shari is an awesome groomer; I'm so glad that I found them! Facility is always immaculate, bright and cheerful. My dog loves to go in and see everyone. Have used the grooming, boarding and schooling classes - l recommend them highly!

The people at BlooMoon are amazing. Their knowledge and care for my pets are unparalleled. I drive 90 miles watch way to board my pets when I go out of town. They are THAT good!

Wonderful people, our puppy is always well cared for when she stays. It's easy to know as our puppy practically runs through their door with her tail wagging. We even purchase our dog food from them as they carry the Fromm brand and have it in stock at responsible prices.

We have used Bloomoon several times to board our dog, and my mom's dog. They treat the dogs so well and our pups always come home healthy and happy! My husband has been working through some major health issues for the past year and it is such a relief to know our furbaby is in EXCELLENT hands when I've had to drop him off - sometimes at a moments notice. It is one of the few things that I don't stress about! I have recommended them several times and my friends have the same great experience that we do.

Terrific! I was so afraid to leave my babies anywhere, but they love it here! Personal attention, lots of love, and the facilities are great - comfortable, clean, safe. The best review was when we went back the second time - instead of hiding in the back seat and whining, they jumped out and wagged their tails and were ready to see their friends!

Love it they treat your dogs like family. Lots of treats to choose from. the dogs really like the dog food that they have witches fromm. The kennels are clean they walk the dogs play with the dogs and they have the choice for the dogs to play with other dogs. All the people are really friendly great place to take your dogs just make sure they have their shots.

We take our dogs to Bloo Moon for grooming. They do a great job with the dogs, it doesn't take ALL day like some other places do. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the facility is always clean and professional.

Would normally give them a 5, however when they can't take ownership for when something happens to your dog, that makes you question their integrity. After getting my dog home from a 10 night stay, I noticed a toenail missing on my dog. Only ONE paw on my dog has clipped toenails and the rest of her toe nails are long except one other paw has a toenail completely missing. When I talked to them, they claim to not have clipped her nails at all and that she bit the nails down. She has never bit her nails and I don't understand how she could have bit just 1 paws worth of toe nails and for them to be so smooth and squared off. So YES, someone clipped them while she was there. Maybe they don't want to own it. Idk? I never asked for money or any compensation. Just wanted to know how she lost her toenail and why I wasn't informed. If it happened when trying to clip the nails, I would be fine with that; just own up to it. All I got was "we don't know how it happened". Will never recommend or use them again because I can't trust them.

Excellent doggie daycare. Have had to use them several days a week for a few weeks and my puppy loves it and actually is behaving better. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and reasonable rates.

I must say so far they have taken real good care of my "Puddin" and she always seems happy when j pick her up and the rates are far more affordable than I expected i would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my family and friends ... thank you Bloomoon for setting my mind at ease about leaving m u baby in your care ...Respect
