It’s very convenient and have most of the things I need for quick pick ups or other things other stores in town simply do it have. I highly recommend everyone to use family dollar as there first choice. Prices are Wallet friendly and good full stock items all the time. Employees really really nice and helpful. Great store! 😁

It's convenient to have this store in Charlotte. However, they need seem to have the right amount of staff. The place looks like it was run over by Black Friday every day. I am sure there is a manager somewhere pushed to control their payroll. It is definitely not from nobody wanting to work. They need to clean up their act and run their business as if they had some competition. The employees for the most part seem to care, they just seemed burned out by aggressive staffing.

Nice in the evening but Durning the day no one seems to greet you and when you get something on clearance they a question you when they can clearly see it's the same items in the clearance area but still tell you no it's not

Cashiers are always friendly ready to help you with anything they need the store is small but they have a lot of stuff they have a lot of on sale items lot of refrigerated items that is a must for small town you can always count on them to have what you need

The wait and it seems like they are not very good about inventory cause their out of this and that really need someone who can grab the bull by the Horn's and quit milking the cow .
