I travel through out the USA and have used many Walgreens pharmacies and I have to say that this Walgreens pharmacy in Channelview , Texas is the best on customer service , courteous , prompt service , andprofessional people .This Walgreens should be used as a training tool on how to run a pharmacy in every category . !!!!!!!

I didn’t plan to step on a nail on Memorial Day weekend, but it happened. I couldn’t remember my last Tetanus shot and considering the condition of the nail, I knew I had better get one and quick!I was able to limp into the pharmacy and get a Tdap shot for 60.00. This was a LIFESAVER, especially since I do not currently have health insurance! The access to this vaccine without having to go to an urgent care or emergency room was CRUCIAL for my health and budget.The pharmacist and technician were both super busy but kind, empathetic, and helpful!I am grateful to have access to medical professionals and services such as the ones at Walgreens.

I had been dealing with high blood pressure for an extended time apparently and did not know it. I came in a couple times with my husband and was thankfully surprised when the pharmacist Andy took out the time to test me and explain the numbers to me and more. I made me think about another time about eight months ago he took out good time trying to help my daughter get a very needed medication. I really appreciate, good job Walgreens for hiring great staff

Ordered a poster size print of my dad for his funeral tomorrow first guy to help me was really awesome offered to put the picture in the frame for me and then another guy with a blue shirt and blue eyes came up and told him he wasn't supposed to do that gave me a lot of attitude and told me he wasn't going to put it in there that's not something we do which I understand but don't be rude to customers and don't belittle your other employees in front of people do better.

The from employees was busy,2 mire people inside the pharmacy and nobody want help.I ask a I think is a nurse and she’s a rude person,I say please U have a medication for pick up and she say I busy and she didn’t busy. So is so rude and bad customer service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have basically stood on my head trying to get a prescription filled here. Multiple visits, multiple calls, paid extra for a prior authorization even though they already knew the medication wasn't covered. FINALLY get it all processed and they return it... Have waited weeks trying to get this processed and then I get this. It hadn't even left the store but they still couldn't give it to me. Have been coming here for years. I will not anymore after this.

Do not get your passport pictures taken here!!I went about 5 weeks ago to get my passport pictures taken, and the Passport Agency sent me back a letter telling me that the attached pictures to my application weren't properly taken, and that the background was not white enough. I believe that if you're offering passport pictures and us as customers are paying for that service we shouldn't have to deal with this type of issues, now I'll have to pay more to get the pictures re-taken and and expedite fee to get my passport in time for my departure date. I called them and no one seemed to be able to help.

I changed my review. Went to get cigarettes and I buy then by the carton. They never have the cartoons available so I will do business else where. Undoubtedly they don't need my business. I spend 100's of dollars there monthly by filling my scripts there and buying cigarettes amongst other odd and ends. Now, I will take my business to CVS, Walmart or Kroger's. I will not be treated the way these individuals treat customers. They just don't care.

Dum walgreens why 4 star)This Walgreens is the best Walgreens in channelview they only take 15 minutes to fill new prescriptions for their existing patients if your new patient it may take a little longer after that it only takes 15 minutes to fill a new prescription are the best Walgreens in this area the rest I would avoid specially the one on uvalde very slow and unreliable this Walgreen cares about its patients although they be aware their lunch time is from 1 to 2:30 p.m. so you may have hard time getting through them go before then or after 2:30 and you'll get fast service 15 minutes to fill a new prescription they do have a drive-thru and take most insurance such as Medicaid so they are one of the best choices to get your prescription in this area avoid all Walmarts in this area they take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours to fill a prescription even if your existing patient they can have 10 people behind the counter and only one person hanging out medication so go to this pharmacy instead or the CVS on Sheldon road which is the best CVS in this area avoid the others the very slow and I'm reliable there it only takes 19 minutes to fill a new prescription and Walgreens gives too many charities so it shows they have a heart and their bottles and the printing on the bottles and the information page that comes with them is very clear if you have poor eyesight you'll be able to see and read every time but not all Walgreens in Houston or this good this is one of the best on this side of town so I guess I recommend this pharmacy don't really the bad reviews check them out for yourself give him a chance and if they don't work out there's always a CVS on Sheldon road which is the best CVS in this area void others I hope that helps someone get their medications and get them on time especially if you have a doctor that doesn't send in your prescriptions electronically or he waits till the very end of the day which is too late after you've been had an appointment with him to get your medication and they have free flu shots just like CVS does so if your insurance doesn't pay for your flu shot go over there so you won't get sick thanks Walgreens for proving not all Walgreens are this same and all staff proving that you are all great God bless you all shalom meaning peace yes I recommend this Walgreens over all Walgreens in this area your second best choice would be the Walgreens at 388 uvalde

I had a1 o’clock appointment for booster shot waiting in line for 15 minutes and an employee cut the line for a relative the doctor told me to wait till 2. Canceled my appointment worst pharmacy and didn’t expect irresponsible unprofessional attitude from a doctor

The customer service is great, you will always be greeted and acknowledged when you walk in and if you have a question you will be assisted and given helpful suggestions and answers. I love shopping at this Walgreens!

A fat worker named Jorge always has a bad attitude. Maybe because when he first started working there they gave him his shirt late or I don’t know but always gives me wrong directions and throws gang threats. Something called “Bngm” and he says he rules the east. This needs to be taken care of before I report it to the city
