Today 12/5/22 Roughly around 3:45 p.m. I had the worst experience at this Family Dollar, even before I went in I noticed that the security guard lady came out of Family Dollar and was heading towards Wingstop, when she saw me she did a 180 and beat me to the door of Family Dollar to where I knew at that point I was being profiled, I just went in to purchase a yellow notebook , when I went to the register and they ignored me at first while I brought it to their attention the lady at the cash register told me to go to register #2. In which no one was there and she continued her conversation with the security guard lady, I stood there for 20 seconds until an elderly couple saw me at the cash register with no one there and proceeded to go to register #1 where the two ladies were still conversating once the cash register lady saw the couple she proceeded to check them out , I threw my hands in the air because no one was at register #2 still then said the other register lady was on her way. She came 30 seconds later to finally ring me up. I'm disgusted at how I was treated just for that short amount of time and wish this wouldn't happen to anybody else. Just disgusted.

The clerks were pleasant. I guess it was off peak time because the store was peaceful while I was there. It was disheartening how many times she had to ask people entering the store if they had a mask. On the bright side, they had what I was looking for. Thank you.

My experience today was horrible. They profiled me and made racist comments and said they had to watch me and my boyfriend while we shopped cause we were more than likely stealing I've never been treated so badly at any store. I threw the items I was going to purchase down and left the store as I did they were still making remarks to us on the way out.

Cashier was very rude told me I was wasting money in front of my 11 year old daughter she had no right to add her two cents into my conversation with my child and tell me that I'm wasting money. I've been in customer service my whole life and I've never encountered such rudeness. When I went home I tried calling the store to talk to the manager and no one picked up for over an hour I tried.

Cute boys are especially the muscled up tatted Latin guy at night! The store has gone down hill! Never open in the past few months due to no air conditioning! Been that way for years though! Always fans blowing hot air around when ya walk in. The hours on the door says 8am to 1pm...then 6pm to 9pm.. due to no air conditioning. This store must have a real sorry slumlord of a owner to be honest! It's been a month and a half since in there because they are always closed so I either go to the store on Dell Dale but it's kinda out of the way and the outside over there is so trashy like raccoon's went through the trash cans! So I usually end up at Dollar General ib the end and they suck just as bad on the east side. Seems the owners of these retail stores on the Eastside don't care about them,they need to remember that these EastSider's pay their bills and their families. Smdh

Oh I could not find exactly what I was looking for some toy called pop it looks like a Rubik's cube .. but I was able to get some Christmas gift bags to put the presents in for family and friends it's so much easier than wrapping gifts.

If you don't have money on your debit card.. this the place to come if your card don't work even debit they tell you walk out it's OK and you'll never get charged FREE STORE GUYS.. customer in front me was ebt so its free game

I really like this particular Family Dollar store. The employees are very nice. They make an effort to keep the store neat and tidy most of the time, and they keep it well stocked the majority of the times that I have shopped there.

The manager is really rude to customers been in there a couple times and he isnt the nicest person ever. I understand they have a lot to do but no reason to be rude to the customers 🤷

It was good but unfortunately I can't find tinsel for my Christmas tree. I cannot find it anywhere. Cashier nice lady.
