This store usually only has 2 employees working at a time. The traffic can go from nothing to 10 people in line at the register. I think the staff does a good job at noticing long lines & doing something to alleviate the problem. And they're generally very nice.What I don't like is that the price charged often isn't the price on display. I've learned to look at the receipt & remember the "actual" price of items I buy repeatedly.

Like this place a whole lot better then Family Dollar just down the road from this one.....they never have much of any products in that store. At least here it does. They keep up with it here seems clean but a little dark inside for me at night. They need more lights especially in the back part of store. But I do like thi place

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would, walked in and asked if the Christmas stuff was on clearance and she said “ it’s on the sign if you read it “ well obviously I didn’t want to make her job harder and grab stuff that wasn’t on clearance and now she would have to put it back. My daughter was about to grab something and she said be careful! Yelling , my daughter knows right from wrong if she was grabbing something it’s because I will buy it for her. I’m not sure of her name but she was an older Caucasian lady. If she doesn’t like her job she needs to quit.

I'm not sure who the lady was that was working this morning but I NEVER walked in this store and was ever spoke to the way I was this morning... it doesn't matter if you have been there 13 years.... she definitely needs some better customer service cause i will never go back in there while she is working

This location is an absolute mess. The shelves are empty. And its because all the product has been taken off the roll tanners a d thrown in the aisles where they are to be stocked. I couldn't get down the candy aisle, pet aisle, medicine aisle, shampoo aisle and dollar aisle. It is absolutely an accident waiting to happen. I tripped over boxes and toys down every aisle. I am a store manager of dollar general and if this was my store I would fire ever employee there because they all stand in the aisles talking to each other or are on there personal cell phones talking. Very rude load and its like a dang party is going on. Absolutely unprofessional, store isn't customer ready and is very unsafe. Also they took the case of lysol spray and lysol and clorox disinfecting wipes and put them behind the counter for themselves. I seen it asked for one of each they told me no. They is against company policy to do this. I hope yell get this complaint to the dm and regional manager as well. This store is like this weekly. Same song and dance everyday and every week.

Hey this store is small and doesn't have everything the other bigger ones do but, the night staff is super cool and I had an issue and they fixed it for me no problem even after they were locking up. Thanks guys A+

Very nice staff except for management. She's EXTREMELY hateful & complains to customers which should be one of the last things a manager should do! I know because I got it first-hand. DEFINITELY needs new management to go with the new renovation!

Awful service!!! The rudeness of the manager, (that's what she said) make me feel not to go shopping in that store anymore.I hope somebody do something to improve the bad customer service the employees give...

It was 15 minutes till closing which I'm fully aware of the time and your rude employees rushed us out of the store I had a basket of $100 and my sister spend $100 I would have bought more but at this point we just left, clearly your management team is not about customer service nor driving sales

This store is disgusting! Product crammed all around registers. Dirty! The man checking out wasn't in anything type of work attire to let people know he works there. He was trying to get free product from the vendor. A customer asked where something was and he flat out said"I don't know" instead of helping. I will NEVER shop there again. I put in a complaint a week ago and haven't heard back. If you don't mind walking into this store and feeling like you're shopping at a flea market...good luck! Disgrace to this company.

The remodeling really opened up the store. It is easier to move through. Important for the pandemic. Sales staff are very kind.
