Staff is very friendly and polite. Never had an issue running in to grab a few items. A few months ago, I switch to this CVS location as my primary pharmacy. They are very quick and efficient. Never any issues!

Charge $5 a month for free delivery Mail to you not if your on medcade no free mail delivery for you discrimination Walgreens on uvalde don't if insurance pay for med in full they Mail for free shipping by FedEx (not if on medcade) 2-3 day's This pharmacy charge $5 mouth greedy thefts was free after cov 19 broke out was free delivery now the greedy thefts show there true colors Mail delivery no longer free no heart for the disabled or those on fixed income and everything hear 400%mark up above Walmart and other low cost stores go to Walgreens on uvalde road in Houston Texas 77015 free delivery to all no favoring the Rich like other pharmacy like CVS and Walgreens will alert you of meds ready for pickup by phone or text and will leave message on your voicemail CVS won't I've had med ready for pickup 6 days never alerted me i was totally out go to Walgreens on 388 uvalde in Houston Texas they have everything drive through or meds by FedEx for all but like hear everything over priced stores like Walmart cheaper but only Mail meds if sign up then only get meds that Way no longer can get at store and long wate at Walmart 1_2 hour for 1 med why left but now this CVS no longer mail delivery so switch to Walgreens on 388 uvalde free med shipping to all by CVS thefts 💰💰💰💰💰 greed and lazyness personfid

Can you imajine being in alot of pain and still have to wait 3 more days to get my prescribed Medication Cause there Computer are down. Well let me tell you it's not the first time this happens..They are really rude to customers especially in drive thru. Don't go to this place, it's trash when it come to the Parmacy Dept . Don't waist your time and gas

The pharmacy has always been helpful/respectful, the cashiers in the front are nice as well. The store just needs some deep cleaning, and someone to keep the isles clean and organized better. & remodel the restrooms and clean them as well, those have always been disgusting anytime I've had to use them.

Me and my husband stopped here to grab a few items and my husband needed to use the restroom. The lady there kept telling him that it was only for customers when WE WERE A PAYING CUSTOMER! We had to rush because she wouldn't let him use the restroom and then when we got in line to pay she looked at him and said well we're about to close. IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A CVS AND SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! We couldn't believe that she behaved that way especially when he stood there telling her I AM A CUSTOMER, I AM A CUSTOMER! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

This female pharmacy tech who I spoke with on the phone this evening at about 7:20 pm was SO rude and snobbish even disrespectful. She had no idea who I was, but as a customer, she couldn't show any courtesy at all. She acted like I was a bother, and said the pharmacist was too busy to speak with me so therefore my concerns weren't as important. She was in such a rush to get me off the phone. This behavior and attitude is not going to get her very far.

I went to get my husband medicine he had a wrist surgery I have to go 3 time for two days while my husband at home in pain first time I went the lady kept on telling me I can't hear you well fix your speaker and she said we don't have your prescription before I came home the doctor had sent it they said I'll be an hour or two we're about to close so come tomorrow next day I went they only had one prescription not the two I needed so I waited another hour third time I went she told me you need an id for this pills omg could have told me that the first time I went really rude lady in the morning not racist but I didn't like her attitude and yes don't work there if you don't like it I went home crying I was exhausted finally got the medicine and I told my man please pick another pharmacy next time around god bless them people who go there and hope they close for good

I only put a star because it needs a review. Don't go to this Pharmacy unless it's the only one you need to go to. Most of the staff at the pharmacy don't care at all. They act like they don't care about you & that your medicine isn't of importance. I've gone there multiple times for inhalers & epipens which are medicine's I need to carry on a daily.. They don't even try to fill them asap. If anything the CVS on EAST FWY is the one to go too. I haven't gone there but twice & they filled my medicines for me over the phone and they had them ready within 30 minutes!! So please save time & money going to a pharmacy that actually cares (:

So I go in and get my stuff and all if there is a register open. The lady says yes but we don't use them you have to check yourself out. I check myself out and ask to use the restroom and was told no. So I have to work there but can't use the restroom cause it's for employees?

Never had problems here but got here right at around 6:50am at the parking lot seen the empoylee get in the store. And was 7:30 already amd still didnt open tje door of the store. People were waiting amd nothing no one opened the doors.and it shows they open at 7 so still waited pass 7:30 7:45 just decided to leave. Went to walgreens

This iteration of CVS, located in channelview, was a little disorganized when compared to its sister locales. However, this was likely due to the remodeling that they are working on at the moment. Aside front that, pretty normal, expected experience.

Got out of the hospital dropped off my prescriptions,said to be ready in 40 minutes three hours later not ready still waiting. Don't expect anything better than a slow dirty CVS in the hood .

They need to implamant more sign language translation,when my mom and I were going to get her prescription.We saw this pour old women who was speaking sign language and nobody knew how to understand sign language and nobody bothered to try to translate so the women left without her prescription. 😞

No one in the front there was a customer and myself pressed the button for customer service to come to front he still took over ten minutes to come out of office and didn’t speak great way to handle your customers and I believe he was the manager and the cashier I could tell was new and no help from the manager last time I’ll come here
