Two days prior to leaving on a big RV trip. Our AC unit and our TV antenna was ripped off the top of the roof by a low hanging wire. I was in panic mode and very upset this happened on a Friday afternoon. I reached out to Channelview RV Supply and they worked us in and was able to patch the roof and take care of making everything watertight so we could leave on our vacation, I can’t begin to tell you how great the customer service is here and how helpful they were especially during a very stressful time for me. They are definitely Super Heroes in my book. So thankful there are still family owned and operated companies out there with great customer service. Shout out to Maritza the Service Manager who helped make all this happen.

When it comes to principle. No-one is above the law.There is no wrong way to do the right thing.I dropped off my trailer on 07-24-2023 to get an estimate for some damages on my 2019 Travel trailer. After waiting 2 weeks I called for an update . Had to leave messages for someone to call me. No return calls. After another week waiting. I called again and had to leave a message. No return calls. This is not uncommon according to other reviews. I waited another week on Monday. I finally spoke to Alice. She promised my quote to be ready that Wednesday. No return calls. I called again. Left messages. After being ignored for 34 days. I called again on 08-28-2028. I finally was able to speak with Alice to let her know I have decided to take my trailer out and go to another facility. She told me she an estimate (all of a sudden). Must be magic. I told her I didn't want the quote and there service. If it takes numerous phone calls and 34 days to get an estimate. I cannot imagine how long it'll take for my trailer to be fixed. Rather than complicate things in the future. It is best to shake hands and part ways. Next thing I know. I get a call from the owner Becca telling me I cannot have my trailer because I owe $175.00 for an estimate. I asked her what estimate? I never received it. She blew up and told me no money no trailer. This is when things went downhill. I go pay for the estimate I didn't receive. Another gentlemen claims he is also the owner and Becca come out. Your trailer has a bad tire. We don't want to fix it. I asked nicely this is not fair. I have no way to replace it. It wasn't damaged when I brought it. You can see the picture. This tire hit something while in there possession. It is my problem now.This is when I get on the phone with Harris county because they won't give me my trailer damaged tire or not. They thought I was bluffing until I waited.Next thing I know after waiting over 30 minutes. I see the male owner pulling my trailer and dropping it with a bad tire. The most decent thing would've been for them to at least change the tire with my spare. Fortunately bad people don't intimidate me. I hired a repair company. Harris county was trying to make this a criminal case. Instead I accepted just a civil report and left. Folks great place to go in and get a part that is on the shelf. When it comes to service beware they never accept responsibility. The Customer is always wrong and management is full of excuses.. You will see when they respond. My trailer is in a much better place. God is great!

Terrible company!!! Do not use this shop for ANYTHING related to your RV. Cummins in Houston took my RV to them to paint a mirror that was damaged by Cummins. While it was there I spoke to Alice and requested that a very obvious area on the back corner of my RV that had been repaired get painted since they were ordering paint for the part Cummins was paying for already. I had a 20 minute call with her, very clear. She deferred the request to the shop manager and stated they'd charge me a fee for estimate, I agreed. I asked that the corner be painted, primary job, secondarily I asked that a small penny sized dent be repaired on a side panel but NO paint requested on the side panel just dent/ding repair. When Cummins picked up the RV the corner was not painted, they asked why the additional work was not done? Channelview stated "the customer didn't authorize it", so what did Channelview charge me $3900 for?? These incompetent people charged me $3900 to take apart and do body work and paint on the side panel ONLY.....NOT AT ALL what I requested. I could've purchased an entire side panel door for less than $3900!! Then this company denied Cummins questioned them about the work not being done as requested. They denied that anyone including Alice was instructed to paint the back corner. Then they stated that I just didn't understand their invoice. Clearly I know what I requested to be repaired and Cummins also knew what was requested as it was discussed at length. Then the owner of Channelview called Cummins and requested that the technician that dropped off and picked up the RV and handled arranging all the repairs, (the one that they claim did not ask anything about the un-repaired area at pickup) not speak to me anymore if we or our attorney contacted them, CORRUPT!!! Why tell someone not to talk to the client if you didn't do anything dishonest??? Absolutely incompetent, dishonest, and a predatory business. I am attaching a photo of the area they did not paint, absolutely infuriating and a loss of $3900.Reply to Vendor Response:Cummins "trusting" you as one of only a few shops in the area does not mean the personnel involved with this transaction condone your behavior as a vendor.When discussing the work order over the phone for the first time which was the only time I was asked if I could stop by I was out of state on business which was stated, had nothing to do with convenience, that's a lie. After my call with Alice she deferred to the shop foreman who didn't even quote it for several days it's no wonder it wasn't relayed correctly. Yes I did question the amount of labor you were charging and rightfully so since you overcharged for more work than was requested. You charged for a ton of labor on the side door not as requested. No one was insulted by me, you are not the victims here so stop being dramatic. If customer service was a concern, you as the manager would've called or the foreman if you were "alerted" as you state and this work may have been done correctly as requested, but you did not do any such thing so I doubt that's true.Cummins did relay to you the work that was being requested on the separate order as well so that is also a lie, you did not proceed with what was "explicitly" requested which is why the Cummins rep questioned your staff upon pickup as to why the total requested work wasn't completed. You and your staff denied that Cummins questioned you as well, if you recall, because like the rest of this story your company does not accept any accountability and have lied throughout including several parts of your response.Yes I did dispute the charge minus what was understood to be the quoted amount for the side door only. The ONLY reason Chase reversed the charge is that they do not verify quality of work. They simply took your invoice with the incorrect work as proof you completed "some work" so I will not allow you to act like you were unjustly disputed or justified in what you did charge, you were not, and you are incompetent, predatory, and corrupt in your business practices.Service: Body & Trim

The service department is awesome. They were able to fix my "basement" AC when no other repair shop knew how and refused to even look at it. We were full timing in Texas and they provided us with "emergency" service within 1 day so that we did not have to suffer in the heat. We were back on the road within 2 hours. The entire staff was friendly and the inventory in the store is extensive.

What an amazing business! From the moment I called, I was met with kindness, positivity, and a can do attitude. I was the first appointment of the day. I met the gentleman who was going to work on my generator. We went over a few things, he asked questions and reassured me that he would take good care of me. Nice pet friendly sitting area. The problem was diagnosed, repaired and completed in under three hours. I live in my RV full time so leaving it was not an option. The gentleman who worked on my generator came out to discuss what he had done for the repair. The staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming! I highly recommend Channelview RV Supply and RV Repair!

We contact Channelview Supply for a possible warranty repair on one of our fifth wheels AC's that was no longer blowing cold. Marissa was very helpful and friendly throughout the process and contacted GE before they even diagnosed our issue to make sure she had all the proper paperwork and if anything else was needed when she submitted our claim. Since they keep AC's in stock, we weren't going to have to wait on one to be shipped in and it saved a lot of time. The hold up on our AC repair wasn't due to Channelview, but due to GE dropping the ball on getting Marissa an answer for warranty. A few phone calls to GE and we had our RV back within a week and a half, in the middle of the summer camper season.Highly recommend Channelview Supply and Marissa in service - professional and quick turnaround.

Worst experience ever. They had our RV for 5 months. Called that it was ready, asked us to call when we were on the road so they could pull the rv out and when we arrived it was still back in their storage area. Half the work that needed to be done was not completed. In addition they didn’t pay attention to the things that needed fixing and failed to get it approved by the insurance after having the rob for 5 MONTHS. Horrible service. To add on top of it if we wanted our tv back we had to pay them because they would not wait for a check to be mailed by the insurance company that approved the additional repairs on the spot after they failed to complete a job until we were doing inspection on pick up day. This describes lack of organization and communication. My recommendation is go to where you purchase your RV if you want quality work, good communication, and where accountability can be held.

They were amazing. We had an emergency issue with our black tank. We called numerous places, with a wait time of 2 weeks! They heard about our situation, took our trailer that day and had it completed within four days. They were personable, professional, kept us in the loop every step of the way, and stayed true to their original quote.

I've been in this store many many times. Only one time have I been met with a pleasant rep to help. Fortunately, I found another supply store to shop at, as there is one particular younger woman who is always incredibly rude. She gets extremely annoyed anytime you ask a question, and gives a lot of attitude. Happy to spend my money elsewhere, and as someone who's doing an entire conversion I have spent a pretty penny.

This place is just the best! We were stuck with a problem with our generator on our dog show vehicle and with transportation of animals these kind of things are an emergency and just cannot wait.The great people at channelview supply understood that and took us when it was already late in the day, diagnosed the problem and had it back running in an hour! You can tell Mike knows his stuff and maritza in the office was very sweet and thorough. This is quite a drive for us but we will be coming back!

Under no circumstances should you ever bring your Generator here to be serviced. We brought our brand-new Onan generator to Channelview Supply Company for the regular maintenance because they said they work and maintain generators all the time. We would schedule our service with them according to Cummins manufactured recommendations per the hours on the Generator. On multiple occasions we would be told that all we needed was an oil change and that the other things that Cummins is recommending is not necessary "because it is so new". Well this went on for several visits. We would bring our Generator to be serviced and they would give us the run around, "its new it doesn't need this service just an oil change". Well about a month ago the generator malfunctioned and would not operate. We took it to a local RV facility to be assessed and the technician advised that it is in need of several repairs. We explained that we had been bringing it in to Channelview Supply Company on the dot according to Cummins. He advised that Channelview was just being lazy and didn't want to do the work on the generator because it would require removing the generator from our work van and that is too much hassle. He advised that the Generator is beyond repair and we would need to purchase a new one from Cummins. So if you plan to bring your vehicle to be serviced by CSC, make sure they do what the manufacturer recommends. Yes it is allot of work and may be a hassle to remove the generator but that is part of the job.Service: Oil change

Great Service, Great repairs. We bought our camper 160 miles away and local dealers of the same brand wouldn't make/take an appointment until June, yuck. Channelview Supply to the rescue. They performed a preliminary walk-around at drop off, performed a detail walk of the manufacturer warranty items we wanted repaired later that week. They went on to prepare a detailed list and e-mailed that list with photos to the manufacturer who approved the repairs immediately. Repairs were performed, we inspected the repairs, made payment and Channelview Supply e-mailed proof of payment back to the manufacturer so the manufacturer would reimburse us. Everything was coordinated and agreed upon in advance. Later in the afternoon of pick-up day I received a call from the manufacturer confirming our mailing address to send the reimbursement check, whow. Excellent help by Channelview Supply and our manufacturer, Grand Design. I can't say enough good things about both.

Our generator only 8 months old died, turns out the engine was done a rare thing for Cummins onan- channelview RV supply figured it out within 3 days had it put together and running brand new! We RV full time so this is essential for us, the generator runs so smoothly! It’s quiet! Our other one always made a lot of noise so when we used this one we were amazed at how smooth it sounded! The staff at channelview are amazing, it’s hard to find service and they understand good service! Trust me go some of the big RV places service is essential Channelview RV Supply understand service! Thanks again for all you did for us!
