I Chandler must be a Class "D" Store for produce. You cave to pick through the fruit and vegetables to find items that aren't rotten or rotting. They may look good but when you get them home you may not want to eat them. Watch the special's. I saw some bag beans that were white and slimy but still on the shelf.bought a cut watermelon that was cut up at this location. I cut it up in chunks ant eat two at on end. Tasted strange like an industrial taste. I got food poisoning from just those two pieces and vomited the rest of the evening.I called the Chandler store and told them about it. Of course they were concerned and said they would check it out. They took my name and number. I heard nothing from them. I then called corporate. They assured me that the corporate produce manager would call me. No response. The next time I went into the store I talked to the store manager and the produce manager. They had never heard about it.I told them that the tag on the watermelon had just the contents “watermelon” with No Country origin. I don’t buy anything from Mexico. They said they would check into it and change the tags. I was there today. Nothing changed. No response from Brookshire’s.If you want to find out when their Rotisserie Chicken was prepared you will need to remove the Chicken from the cardboard outside wrapper to see the date and time stamp. I reported that months ago. It has not been changed.WARNING: caution anything that has been prepared in the store. Eat at your own risk.

Rediculous grocery store with Rediculous prices. I don't and never have enjoyed the thank you card game yall play. Only shop here for certain items I can't get at cheaper stores. Also, what happened to the grocery bagger policy. Past few times I've had to push out my own cart. Certainly has gone down hill over the years.

This location use to be great. Not anymore. I went in on December 30 2023 around 7pm. Had some coupons to use before they expired and the girl at the register was nice as can be and called over a customer support girl named Kenzie(however it’s spelled?). Kenzie immediately got annoyed and said “I’m so sick of these coupons and ready for them to be over.” Proceeded to scan them and the total kept coming up wrong and she had an attitude the whole time not wanting to correct it. I finally asked to cancel and start over. She tried again then cancelled it and just walked off. The girl at the register asked what do I do now and she rudely said idk rescan and try again. So the girl did and same issue, Kenzie came back over got aggressive with slapping the coupons down and tried again. Eventually got it worked but the whole time rolling her eyes, nasty attitude, and snarky remarks. Kenzie should NOT be in customer service! I tried to call the store and speak to a manager but got put on hold for a while then finally hung up on.

Ordered a cake and when we picked it up it was nothing like what we had ordered. We called and spoke to a manager just to inform them that this was not the cake we expected to receive. He was very polite and helpful! He offered a replacement cake to be delivered to our house FREE OF CHARGE! We are so pleased with the replacement! It is exactly what we expected! Thank you so much for the great service!

Too many self check outs. Had one person checking people out and had to wait on him to come from behind the office to check us out. Brookshires is supposed to be the home town experience with friendly people that's what's kept y'all open but now that element is slowly being taken out of the store while prices continue to rise.

This review is for a woman named Ashlyn that works at brookshires. I’ve taught my employees when they are coming to work or leaving work if they see something that needs to be fixed of trash that can be picked up just do it. Most people don’t. Ashlyn on the other hand walked through the parking lot saw a grocery cart that was not where it was supposed to be she grab it and on the way to put the cart where it belonged she picked up a piece of trash on the ground and put that where it belonged. Most people walk by others trash like someone else is responsible for it but ashlyn obviously loves what she does and has pride in what she is. Congrats to you for being a better human than most! Keep it up!

The slowest pharmacy ever , between 10 and 15 people working, well more like standing around stareing into oblivion but 20+ min is ridiculous

Great grocery store. Clean and well stocked. Better fruits and vegetables than some other big box stores. Some items cost a little more and some the same as or less than big box (especially, if you watch the circular ads). Nice to have someone else sack your groceries and walk out to load them in your car (they officially by policy don’t allow tipping, so no pressure for such). Something that is becoming a very rare convenience these days.

O.M.G. I'm so sad!! I LOVE Brookshire's. I have refused to shop at Walmart and go to Brookshire's because of the down home feeling they give. I was treated horribly tonight!! I generally don't do self checkout even though it's usually slower, but tonight I did self checkout to be a little faster. The girl who was overseeing self checkout basically accused me of stealing!! Like wth. I can not believe this. I thought Brookshire's was better than this. SMH.

Starts off with the cashier screwing up the whole thing their penny sale not taking off the other thing for the penny and the bag boy overstuffing the bag so that the jars fall out when you go to get your bags out of your car and putting the bread on the bottom and the bananas and taking 500 points off of your points that you didn't ask them to take off

Will be finding another store to shop from even if it means going to Tyler. VERY UPSET about multiple things.. so firstly let’s start with produce rotting on the shelf with flies everywhere, and molded fruits almost every fruit on the shelf from strawberries, raspberries,watermelon, blue berries, and even have found the bagged of shredded ice berg lettuce is solid BROWN and still sitting on the shelves. Not to mention being pregnant and finding help to lift 4 cases of 32 bottles of waters onto my cart and my car both while multiple buggy pushers sat around talking to one another! Even had a gentleman watching me struggling to get it into my cart but continued to talk to one another. When I worked for brookshires 3 years ago we were expected to grab every buggy we saw, and now it’s not that big of a deal right? But yet our elders are struggling to load their groceries as well as multiple pregnant woman who NEED THE HELP!! THIS IS EVERYTIME I GO TO BROOKSHIRES I DONT GET HELP UNLESS I HAVE 2 BAGS, I will gladly take my business elsewhere to make sure I get the help I need instead of workers standing around talking including the managers and watching me struggle or watching our elders struggle!

My business will be taken else where ! I'd give anything if H E B and or Kroger would take over tyler chandler and put this shameless store out of business

The people are very helpful. The store is clean and they gave a pretty good selection. I am used to power prices since I usually shopped at HEB where I used to live. But with the thank you card it helps, and they do run some some really good specials sometimes.

I was at the store on their Grand reopening weekend. The store was redone very well. But neither the shoppers or the associates knew where the product was. But all the associates were friendly and very helpful. The only real negative was the sticker shock after checking out, but that is normal everywhere.Update today was my 4th visit to this store and it keeps getting worse with each visit. The friendly, help associates seem to have disappeared and I have actual been treated rudely my last two shopping trips. Very unusual for a Brookshires.

First time in this store while visiting friends in Chandler, TX. The store is well light, the shelves well stocked, except for some that needed restocking, no problem though. they had what I was looking for, soda and potato chips. The prices are reasonable and the employees are friendly and professional. If you're in the area check out thus grocery store.

Very disappointed in brookshire's bakery. Worse cake ever! And it was for a special 80th bday. I was stuck having to get it bc of time wise in needing it. Paid $30 for this awful cake.I called them on 2/10 to order a bday cake. The lady who I spoke with rudely said "I don't know if we have time to do that. I have to answer my decorator." Place on hold for several minutes. She came back and said "we are too busy we have been decorating for valentine and dipping strawberries all day. It was have to be very basic cake no decorations." I just said forget it I'll figure something else out.So I figured I would just stop by the store pick out a pre decorate cake and have the write on it. No luck with that. The cakes were not very pretty or well decorated and just odd colors that didn't match.I walked to the counter and ask the ladies that were there if it be possible for me to order a birthday cake for pick up on Saturday. Once again I was told they were just "too busy to decorate a cake , they have been dipping strawberries all day , had ni time to decorate a cake, that they were leaving at 3 and no one will be there to to take care of the order".Obviously they saw my frustration. Then one of them told the other " just go ahead and take her order I'll do it. She started taking things out to make the cake " I was asked what colors I want it on the cake. Told her I wasn't picky any colors would be fine to make it look pretty with lots of flowers and rose's and write happy 80th birthday. I said thank you for doing this and left.When I got there on 2/11 to pick up cake. It was solid white with happy 80 written on it. NO COLOR NO ROSE'S or FLOWERS! It looked like a pre school kid wrote on the cake.The lady who was there apologize for this issue. She offered to take cake and added what flowers she could. It wasn't really a flower but she tired. So I am thankful for her kindness in trying to make the cake look better.However I am very displeased with the service I received from this original order. Telling me there were too busy to take a bday cake order. It was just a simple small cake with roses. Not like I was asking for a special decoration. Not a good experience with the bakery. Plus that's their job. At least I assumed it was.I have attached a picture. I didn't take a before one wish I would have. This was after the nice lady who was there when I pick up the cake tried her best to make it look nice.So imagine just the white cake with the writing with no color, etc. That's what it originally looked like. The attach pic is what she added.

Was in the deli ordering a lunch plate and was waited on by Hunter. I mentioned I would have liked to have had summer slaw as a side but noticed they were out, He asked if I could wait about 5 minutes and he could get it made. Was so kind and thoughtful and went above and beyond. This kind of service is what makes Brookshires stand out from other grocery retailers! And as I own a business I really was impressed! Great job Hunter!

The people here are always so sweet, and helpful. Love this brookshires! Our cashier Carla was very kind, quick at her job and greeted us with a beautiful smiling face!
