Tried to poison me listing fake item names on the well known items gave me stuff that isnt included in the items and many more issues that arent listed such as the donuts having stuff they never put inside according to the store its a white cream not any other color if i ate this it would make me sick even the box the store workers said that this wasnt a raspberry cream and yet they have them inside so thats a possible allergic reaction to others but me i will just get sick bad service with every other walmart nearby or close by having wrong named items inside if you want more im gonna be uploading a video next time i have to deal with this accidentally eating something that makes me sick

Wanted change for a dollar to buy a coke from the machine in the front of their store it wouldn't take a bill so I needed change so I go to customer service desk where three women are taking I ask if I could get change for a dollar and I was told they couldn't make change because their drawer was monitored and if they opened it then management would want to know why ....ok so I don't understand...I can buy something and you open the drawer but you can't give change.....so why do you have a machine in the front that only takes change......so much for customer satisfaction

This is a good place to do all your shopping. Oil changes,consumer/household goods, Pharmacy, Groceries, Subway it's a good Walmart. ok it's a Super Walmart and this one has the most friendly people working their. Someone is always close by to help you with the do it yourself check out.I don't care for self check out. I don't think they have lowered the prices to compensate me for checking myself out. Like other big box stores with few or no self checkout. They seem to be priced in lock step with the others.

An employee on a scooter was trying to rush me and my friend and at 10:49pm wouldn’t let a woman get medicine for her baby that employee was rude and yelling at us. As that woman to be an employee of Walmart she acted with the utmost unprofessionalism that I have ever seen at Walmart.

Only thing changed at center Walmart is lying employees I work hard to pay my bills and the things for my wife and daughter!! I DON'T HAVE TO STEAL ANYTHING FROM ANYONE, So this employee has been wanting my wife for a long time now, she repeatly tells him NO and instead of dealing with it and stay with his owne wife, he lies to Walmart and has theft charges on me!!! WOW WHAT A GUY

Various employees that work here are disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional in every sense of the word. Perversion in management has transpired before and it's happening again. I will not name names for now, BUT just know this store is not a safe place for families to shop. If you've worked here or know someone who has worked here before then you know the disgusting things that have happened over the years here or you're a part of the deterioration of a much needed grocery store in this small town. We have been shopping here sometimes because it's convenient. I will not be giving my business to this store anymore and I do not recommend it.

Walmart supercenter in Nacogdoches, Tx is the one thing I like better than Lufkin. Also, the city streets are better designed for traffic in Nacogdoches. Other than that, I love the city like atmosphere of Lufkin better. It has everything a large city have, but on a smaller scale and you don't have to put up with an OVER crowded population! I was brought up and raised in a larger city. I guess that's why I favor Lufkin amongst a few other things.

Everyone one I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I appreciate that they didn't try to push me into buying a new tire for my vehicle. I did need a new tire . They didn't have the size my vehicle took . They gave me a choice of tires they could order. I always buy my tires and add the road hazard from Walmart because when your on the road you can always find one nearby. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE TO EVERYONE IN THE AUTO DEPARTMENT. I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU!!!

The produce and grocery sections were quite limited due to not being well stocked. Sadly no regular check outs were open and I prefer to use those. One lady was helping many self check outs and doing a very good job but she was quite busy probably they should get more help so people can get the help they need and not over work their employees. When you treat your staff better you get better, happier staff. It would be nice to have a few regular check outs.

Recently got my oil changed on my 2018 Subaru, they wouldn't put the oil we wanted to buy since it's not what's required which I understand, fast forward 1week and all the lights on my dash are going crazy, check engine, transmission, checked the oil and they overfilled it by a whole quart and a half, car is currently at the dealership, if they find its an issue caused by the oil I'm coming after Walmart! Will update.

Ladies restroom was filthy as usual. The entire store could use a good cleaning. Staff could use some training in customer service. Act like they can’t take time to help a customer. The only reason they get a two star is they have a good selection.

I have yet to see this place fill a curbside pickup order on time and completely. You should either place your pickup time an hour and a half ahead of when you intend to get it or you should just go to Brookshire's. Which is where you'll be heading anyway as half the stuff you ordered will never make it to your car.
