Taking Texas 70 west from Plainview, drive until you reach Halfway, TX. A little over 1 mile west of Halfway, turn south on 179 to Cotton Center, TX, about 12 miles out. Once you reach the 55 mph "S" turn, you will easily see the feed yard a mile away. Drive on the outside scale. One heading in, then one heading out is how to scale. Take your paperwork with you, because you will have to take scans/snapshots of it. You will be prompted to scan more than one page, so read your screen. If in doubt, ask.
