So I don't always leave reviews, unless the experiences are really awesome or absolutely terrible. This is a really awesome review.My significant other and I went in to make some purchases using a health savings card. When we got ready to check out, we ran into several issues, but Kristy and Lauren (my apologies if I misspelled their names) did not give up, even after it seemed we would never find a solution to our problem. We all continued working together until we were finally able to resolve the issues.

Most of the employees here are good except for one, and this person is so un friendly and rude that I have asked my Dr. to send mine to the online order so I do not have to deal with the rude and un grateful behavior! Update 03/22/2024 still the rudest fight we world give them another chance but never again after being treated like not human and it was there mistake NEVER AGAIN!

Rudest Pharmacist I have ever worked with! My son needs an inhaler for breathing. After calling and it saying it was ready I went to pick it up. They blamed the Dr. And Insurance company when it was their mistake and refused to give us his medicine. Decided to go to another pharmacy and we got the medication within an hour. It seems to be an ongoing problem that they refuse to give us medication and say they need pre authorization.

Where do I start?They are always out of your prescription. They give you the wrong prescription. They cuss you out. They don't try to get your prescription in stock even when you have took it there for years.Then get mad at you for needing your prescription. I have gotten my prescription mixed in(Meaning both inside my bottle) with the wrong one.This cvs is begging for a lawsuit.I pray no one has gotten the wrong medication mixed in and died from this.

I feel for the staff in the pharmacy. They are under staffed and so busy!!! Im displaced here from hurricane Ida. Yes, I had to wait to get my prescriptions and my sons prescriptions transferred in but they were never rude or complained. They worked as fast and efficiently as they could and were so very accommodating. CVS needs to give the pharmacists and his staff a raise and send more help! Thank you for helping my little family!

My father has waited over 2 weeks for his meds which is a time meds. The Dr has called several times. When u call they say they don’t have RX but when I go up there they say they had to order it. I thought Walmart was bad CVS has been worse

This is the worst pharmacy!! The people that work at the pharmacy are rude and should find another form of emplyment!!! I have tried for several days to get heart medication. They keep saying they faxed over the request. I called the prescribing physician and was told they have NOT RECIEVED anything from CVS! This is not the first time CVS has dropped the ball! Nor, do the care! I called and asked to speak to the Supervisor and was told he isn't there! I then told them to manually fax the request!! And was yelled at by the woman who I was speaking to and then she hung up the phone on me!!!!

In every town I have lived in CVS is one of my go to pharmacies. Living in Center their are not many choices. I transferred my prescriptions to them, they told me they couldn’t fill half of them and didn’t even give me a reason. I drove 2 hours to my doctor for him to rewrite my scripts, I took them back and they processed to tell me “we don’t accept new controlled substance clients, the DA will get on to us”What the heck?!? You are a pharmacy, if I want some ibuprofen I don’t need a pharmacy. They were very rude and made me sit and wait for 15 min just to tell me they couldn’t do it. Seems to me they just need to close the pharmacy due to most people on medications are narcotics. Worthless and rude.Plus all of the items in store are wayyyy over priced. I wanted a phone charger while their and a 1ft charger was $30. I’m taking my business elsewhere.Learn how to treat customers and run a pharmacy.

Long wait times, 30min hold to ask pharmacy a question. They might have the meds you need, or they may not. Then tell you it'll be 2 weeks before they get some, maybe, they didn't know. A drug that is common too... If you're a regular and nothing changes about you or your day or your plans then they alright, but they must have poor MGMT to have long waits, understaffed and without inventory... Worst of all CVSs I've ever been to.

Closed early when I had called and was told they closed pharmacy at 8. Called again on the way and they close at 7. Wife I 9 months pregnant and has bad stomach bug wouldn’t make an exception so we could pick up prescription!

This is the worse place to get RX filled. They are always behind and it takes multiple days to get RX. No communication if they are out of stock! Do better!

Love the coupons and deals that they have. Workers are friendly. Just got some dove body was that Should've been 9 or 10 dollars but it was on clearance and got it for 2 dollars and 38 cent. So I got 4 of them lol. If they had any more, I would've gotten a whole lot more lol.

Pharmacy not very helpful. Had to do all the calling to the doctor's office and insurance myself. I think they are understaffed and therefore the customer service suffers. Not going back after I get this prescription that I've been trying to fill since Monday and its four days later and no Rx.

It is horrible and they are so rude I jus got ban bc of this cvs employee bc she accuse me for being rude to her when I was not I was there to only buy stuff but she is the one that was being rude so if I where u I would think twice and go somewhere else
