I chose Ace cuz it was closest to my job. They had all the hardware I was after but lacked in the lumber I needed. Nice clean store..had a clothing section and big paint section. That's all I got to say bout that there.

I was in the store 2 days ago and ask cashiers about checking the prices for plumbing supplies for the whole inside of my house. The ladies look at list and said that they couldn't because they would have to scan barcodes on a lot of the things. So I went to another store to spin my $500. Usually they are very helpful.

This is a big store! I like this one. Stopped for a light to go arounf a yeti mug. The saels oerson did his best! You have to order what I wanted. But it was worth the try@

These young kids that still in diapers at Ace. Screw up more than they help.. When a person tells the kid they need blue glue for pvc an the kid gives them purple PVC primer .This shows Ace does no training an does not care for their customers

Prices are high but the selection is great. The only problem I have is the women manager they have is the worst. She acts like she is doing you a favor letting you buy something. However everyone else there is great. But there are solo many times I just go somewhere else to keep from dealing with her.

Everyone one was nice and extremely helpful. Place has everything one could need. The worker whom helped my Aunt and Self twice. Took his time to help again and remembered me and what I got last time was great. The workers name was Martin. Thank you ACE and Martin!

They close at 5pm during the week and closed on Sunday. That’s a terrible choice for hours of operation. Forget about picking something up on your way home from work or on your day off, I guess we have to take off work to shop here. They should consider being open for business when other people are off work.

I was only overcharged about $120. Bought some 3/4 NPT plugs, 4 of them. Was not charged for them around $2 or so apiece, my best guess. Was definitely charged for four 1 inch taps when I bought one at $39.99 apiece. Way to run a business.

Mixed feelings. Nice selection, they had a few things Lowe's didn't, and the prices were lower for what they did have. BUT, an associate jumps on you the minute you stop to look at something. I hate that. Some of the small parts I bought didn't have barcodes. I think the cashier was guessing; he guessed way wrong. Glad I was paying attention. Next time, I take a picture of each shelf tag. Staff was friendly enough, and mostly professional.

This is a pretty good Ace. Great nursery department staff. Only drawback is that if you spend too much time on one isle, they come and follow you around like you are trying to steal.

Everytime i go here the staff are extremely helpful. I called once looking for a metal pole and an associate said they didn't have one but i could come in-store and they would figure something out. I thought that was the nicest thing ever.

First time there! Took me back 40 years! I found things today that I have not seen anywhere for 40 years. This "Hardware Store" has great stuff you can't find at Lowes or Home Depot, and the prices are Better! I WILL be going back!

Nice home town place and people. Great stock not Wal-Mart prices but what you want they have and can find it. People available for friendly help. Great rentals too, stuff always works and they will show you how to use it. No lines to wait in and the employees act like they want to help not like some places where you get the feeling the employees are doing you a big favor !!Biggest thing I found is the prices on quality merchandise (not made in China) are very good.The quality table saw I wanted was cheaper than Lowe’s and Home Depot.I will always pay an extra 1 or 2 bucks in a store where they ask me to return and thank me for my business.

The prices for one are outrageous. 1.07 for a 3/4 pvc coupling that costs .30 from a smaller store in the same town and else where is just plain wrong and it’s the same way with all the other items here as well. Next is the employees stalk you around the store like you’re a thief and then can’t help you when ask. The manager has no clue what 90% of what’s actually in the store unless it’s in the clothing section. Me as an individual and as a business owner refuse to shop there anymore until the problems are resolved.

Ace Hardware is a jack of all trades store I would say it has anything hardware lumber culverts boards wire ,fence post and on the inside they have a household division I think even sometimes they do shower set ups for wedding showers.They have work clothes western clothes and boots but I haven’t purchased them personally because they are a little more expensive there .Ace Hardware has a good selection of tools and popping plumbing motors just about anything you need for around the farm.I was building a mile of new fence likely and I did process the wire and the fence post and they were more expensive than two other places in town locally. But if you were looking for something you can’t find anywhere else give them a try

Gave 4 stars because even though they have a great selection of products, it's next to impossible to get any help finding something. I use ACE for my business and frequent them several times a week, sometimes everyday when it's busy.

This was a different kind of Ace hardware I've been to. Used to a little more help than what was given. I had to track down myself the items I needed because I was just pointed in a direction and told "over there"Where is that in a store that size. By the time I made it to check out, was told I couldn't use my Ace rewards card as " it is an independent dealer, we don't take it". Never been to an Ace that wouldn't use it. Plus the person checking could have a class or two on customer service.
