This is our go to DG. We moved to kerrville, and it’s disappointing to go into the other stores after living in center point. They keep the aisles clear, the store organized, and friendly employees. I’ve told them multiple times how nice it is, and how good of a job they’re doing.

Went down hill the last few weeks they hide in the back forcing you to use self checkout giving attitude if you need anything like ice, cigarettes, beer anything you CANT GET at self checkout even when there is 20 people in line, I miss the old crew they were always so nice and welcoming and looked like they actually did their job. Seems to me whoever got put in charge in the last month needs to be replaced FAST.

I don’t know what happened here recently this store went downhill HARD they try to force you to use the self checkout and if you ask for them to check you out they come at you rude and with a terrible attitude. BOXES boxes everywhere you can’t hardly fit a shopping cart through there. If you need to see a good store go to the one on 173 n toward bandera perfectly clean no boxes, proper management. Fix your store guys this is not acceptable but first fix the employees!!

Center Point Texas has the best of all the Dollar General Stores in the Texas Hill Country.always clean. Always efficient , helpful and friendly employees. Wow this is the first Dollar Tree I've seen run by all men with cars in the parking lot that are on and untouched so it must be very very safe around here it's kind of excluded area I came to see what the clear specials were but there weren't any clearance specials the stores extremely clean that's I just didn't feel Dollar General to me if you know what I mean

This last week i was purchasing beer and pizza the worker plus manager telling everyone to use self check out they didn't even ask me for my ID of age I think manager needs to be replaced this is s unprofessional and stupid

Great little Dollar General store. Lots of variety and even carried the oil we regularly use in our vehicle and not just some generic stuff.One small complaint: the staff were not enforcing COVID-19 mask rules in the store. We witnessed four separate individuals and one family of 3 that did not have masks on, and they were not barred from entry nor denied service. Would like to see better enforcement for those who are or are related to others who may be at-risk.

Would Be a great Place for my teenage to Help Stock shelf, Because there is Always an Isle blocked with un packed stock that is being worked on . And a line of Costumer waiting to be checked out but Cashier is Stocking shelves they extra person to stock one whom cant cashier and mainly stock. ESPECIALLY Holiday season! Duh!

Good place to find items of decent quality. These used to be called 5 and dime stores. If you're old enough to remember that then you'll know what I'm talking about. Pretty good service as well enjoy!

They try to get ya checked out quick, staff friendly. John is extremely helpful and remembers customers and what products you like, real Home Town feel 😀. Thanks ya'll 😊

Awesome! I have never had a problem finding an employee to assist you in locating an item. I go to the Center Point store 98% of the time. Excellent employees. Thank you Center Point!!!!

Depending on who is working, the customer service is usually pretty good. Great values and usually has good sales. I'm always greeted with a smile.

You know what I love about Dollar general is they got a little bit of everything that I need for the low price but I do get discouraged when I have to go in there for tampons for my wife because they have such a wide selection that it makes it almost impossible to choose which one

I live in Center Point and when you need to do some shopping this is where you go. Clean, fast, friendly, and they carry a nice assortment of things for a small place.
