Bruce is very professional and very knowledgeable. We were planning on putting the dog door through our glass patio door, which would cost us thousands for making a new door with the dog door built in. We called him and he suggested we put the dog door through the wall, which we never thought of. Anyway, the final result is perfect! He is very knowledgeable about the constructions and is very honest to tell you where it would work where it wouldn’t. We are very happy with the result and would recommend his service to all pet owners!

Bruce at Pet Door Pros came out today and installed a pet door at the house. Not only did he install the door, he stayed and helped us train our two dogs. He was very professional the entire process from the quote to the install. He was very helpful letting us know how to continue the training and helped us with resources to make sure we are successful training the dogs after he left. I would suggest Pet Door Pros to anyone looking to get a pet door at their house.

Bruce did a great job installing two doggy doors for me through my garage and a deadbolt as well. His price was reasonable and was a quarter of the other quote I got which didn’t even include the deadbolt. He was really friendly and patient with my newish dog who has some territorial aggression.

This is going to be a lengthy and super positive review. Bruce is absolutely amazing! Initially, he came to our home a week ago to install our doggy door. Unfortunately, I purchased a door from Amazon that was way too large and kind of flimsy. Instead of installing the door that I bought, Bruce spent time at our home to educate us on a better dog door option from Amazon (it was actually a few bucks cheaper than the one I originally bought). He also took the time to help us with advice on raising our pup (I had tons of questions and he patiently stuck around and answered them). He rescheduled our appointment at no cost and came back today. Today he installed the recommended doggy door that I exchanged online and spent an extra few minutes to help us train our dog to use the door. Bruce even helped us teach our dog how to walk correctly with a leash! Bruce is the person you should call to help you. If it isn’t for a doggy door then please use his other handyman services. He’s very knowledgeable and so polite. He takes his time with customers and he connects with you personally. Our family will be returning customers to Bruce in the future. THANK YOU BRUCE!! You really blessed us and we are forever grateful!

Pet Door was incredible in terms of the service performed at my home for a pet door. Being first time pet owner, I had little to no clue on how to choose the right door and place to install, Bruce spent enough time with me to explain different option and also provided lot of advice around what products to order and how to optimize costs too.They did very thorough work and didn’t even leave a mark around the installation site and left it super clean. He additionally spent about 30 mins to train my husky puppy to get used to the door and by the time he was done my dog was fully trained and could just go in and out without any help.Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Bruce installed the door in like 15-20 mins! He did a great clean job by vacuuming while cutting so the dust didn't get anywhere. He patiently waited for over 2 hours to train my dog on how to use it and gave me tips to try myself as my dog was too scared to go in and out himself at the time. I highly recommend anyone looking for pet door installation to reach out to Bruce!

What a professional service! Bruce was prompt to return my initial call, explained the process perfectly, and seamlessly installed our new dog door efficiently and effectively. Through the process, he explained exactly what was going to happen, listed possible scenarios that may end up costing more if my wall had electrical in the way or other problems, and even walked me through the finished job AFTER he cleaned the work area to make it look better than when he started.
